The food was good. Bacon was cooked, but I asked for it to be crisp. The cook delivered the food, not the server. It was rather quiet when I went. Was not greeted upon entry.

Me and my 2 grandkids went and there were no tables available. We sat down for 10 min waiting. As a couple was getting up to leave a man walked in the door and went straight to the table. He didn't know we were waiting but staff did and didn't say a word so we left.

Worse service I’ve ever had at a waffle in my life. Don’t know if you can top this. MJ , my server, took my order and looked at me funny when I said I wanted a veteran discount. Told her I have ID to prove it. Then she said we handle at the end. Brought me some one else’s food and told me it was mine. Walked away and brought it back trying to argue with me. The cook behind her agreed with me that that’s not what I ordered. Once I finished my OJ she stood in front of me while I asked for Tabasco and a water multiple times. Never in my life. A really good natured staff!! The food was great but the friendly staff made this weary traveler happy!! This was sat, nov 8 2025, around 8pm at the counter. My waitress had braided pigtails. She was a delight!!

The guy who fixed my food was vaping inside the restaurant before he fixed my food SMH and my plate didn't not turn out well i just throwed it away even had hair in it as well
I'm accustomed to waffle house restaurants being somewhat sloppy and sort of expect it from past experiences. However, this one was way better than I expected. The service was great and the food was good. They had plenty of staff to take care of everyone and the place was very clean. High five to the workers at this location.

Employee picking up and playing in what looked like her child’s hair. Went right back behind the counter and started making food. Was missing MOST of my order. It was not busy. There was no excuse for most of my order to be missing or made incorrectly.
