Food was great - done perfectly, actually. Service was very attentive. There was a small mistake on one of the orders, and the staff immediately notified us, apologized, gave us the incorrect order to keep/eat AND made a corrected order even though we said it wasn't necessary. I couldn’t believe that other Waffle House across the bridge had closed down! I used to go to both a lot since I went to PC back in the day. Their new strawberry shortcake waffle elicited raving reviews from my son! I’ll have to try it next time!
The atmosphere was nice till the radio came on a little to loudly over our heads. It was difficult to hold a conversation. The food was excellent and the service was maybe a little to good. We were asked every 10-15 minutes if we needed anything else. I'll take that over being ignored any day.
