Stopped in off the road..needed coffee,ordered at drive up.. had to wait for coffee to be made..hands me a coffee, separate container with a little bit of milk and 2 sugar packets...wth..had to pull ahead and wait for my change..and Wendy's doesn't have flavored coffee ????

The food taste good most of the time Tuesday is the best out of all the days for taste, however the service is atrocious... Very hard to get simple communication through to the service members.

LOOKING FOR CAT- I saw a 3 legged (missing back right leg) tabby cat here on Tuesday November 25. I fed him. I went back Sunday to try to catch him and didn’t see him. If anybody sees him or knows anything about him please reach out. I live about an hour away but will come to get him.

Ordered on app. Ordered 2 baked potatoes received box of Fries sprinkled with chives. Was told they were out of orange juice didn't get but still charged. Out of ranch for chicken nuggets was told substituted bbq sauce got nothing. No straws for drinks. Forgot bottled water. Terrible place.

I was in the drive-thru for this visit. The customer service ended my day on a high note. Thank you all for taking the time to listen, make my order correct, and service was done awesomely.

Came through the drive thru at about 8:30-8:45 service was great employees was respectful, but I ordered a number 6 large cooked fresh, and I couldn't even sink my teeth in it i had to cut it and still couldn't chew it not sure if it was under cooked or over but my guess is under . Attempted to contact the store 5 times no one answered and I wasn't given a receipt
I was told to pull forward and wait for my order which was fine, i waited over 10 mins and went inside to check and find out they havent even started cooking the meat. I went back outside and waited once again over 5 mins, i backed up to the window and asked for a refund. The girl rudely said i needed to be patient and basically cut me off and said the food was miraculously done. Manager stood there and mean mugged me, sorry but waiting 15 mins IS BEING PATIENT. She said they had complications and offered nothing to make up for it. These people are inept, how hard is it to make a burger, how is there a complication stacking patties? Ill never go back, and i recommend no one else goes here either.

The women's restroom door sticks really bad, push hard. Restrooms were stocked and basic. Service was fast, efficient, nothing else. The grilled chicken wrap was basic but tasty and went well with our dessert on the road beverages.
