The lady at the drive thru had an amazing personality. She was fun, kind, & helpful! I hadn't been to Wendy's in 15+ years because of a bad experience at a different location, but everything was great on this visit!
I used the Wendy's app and ordered while I was sitting in the parking lot ( I had to know the exact address for the app to work properly) the food was ready by the time I got in the restaurant,,,,, I needed to use the restroom as I was on a short trip the restaurant was very clean and seemed to have a patriotic theme going on ( a lot of red white and blue) I always use the Wendy's app because they offer food discount deals that you cannot get when ordering at the...
Fresh food, clean restrooms and dining area. Quick service. Accurate order. Only complaint would be the professionalism of the staff. All in all, a very good experience. Not vegan or vegetarian friendly though. No meat substitutes and every salad has meat.
Vegetarian options: I subbed nuts instead of bacon on my Cobb salad. That was about the best I could do. I'd love a vegetarian option for meat.
