Tried the new Hamburger - its a “no”…….. don’t like the flavor much. Reminds me of a school cafeteria burger. Stick with the roast beef which is excellent.

This particular Arbys in Lake Wylie SC is consistently terrible. Gave it way too many chances and finally boycotting it. Employees are friendly but food is always like it sat out a long time before getting to us, cold and sloppily assembled.

If I could give negative stars I would! The staff was not friendly and it took almost 10mins to get 3 sliders and it wasn't busy at all!! Worst Arbys Ive ever been to!
Asked for a brisket sandwich and I was given a piece of bacon between two buns. Unacceptable The opposite of what Arby's prides itself on. A little bit of attitude coming out

Nobody wants to work these days. After I worked all day I tried to stop by to grab a quick bite to eat only to be turned down an told sorry we're closed. They didn't close for 20 more min and there was a car in front of me in the drive through. It's just funny to me that a lot of people these days working fast food want more money an to change minimum wage but don't want to work.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:17pm on a Saturday night. Sign and Google clearly state that restaurant is open until 11pm. Was told they're closed and refused service.

Drive thru the girl was very rude also it took 30 minutes to just for them to take the order. They blamed shift change. She acted like I was bothering her when ordering the food. The food was cold by the time I got it. She didn’t give me a receipt either.

There's a framed copy of the ten commandments front and center near the register. I am really tired of religious zealots shoving their religion in our faces and won't be coming back to this location.

Well I think you broke my heart for the last time. A Thursday night I'm craving some curly fries. I pull up to Arby's see only 1 car ahead of me so I'm thinking man tonight is my night! 30 min later.... finally get my food and it's cold as ice. Gosh darn you Arby's gosh darn you to heck!

8 Pm..... Thursday.......I am currently sitting here in the drive through for 20 min with only one car ahead of me. I fear I may not get my half pound #2 until the wee hours of the morning... I'm beginning to think they want me to just drive away, but I am far to resilient and stubborn. I will Have my number 2.......
