Lake Wylie Arby’s served me a raw gyro sandwich. I think they unfroze the meat and just served it on a cold pita. What complete laziness. I will never eat there again.

Just ordered from door dash, just live not too far of course, food COLD. It sucks when the frys are cold like who doesn't want their food hot. They were old, sandwich cold, and the sprite either needed to be changed out or they have REALLLLYYYYY bad sprite. Disappointing to say the least..ugh

Always an odd experience at the Clover Arby’s. Came in around for a mobile. Had to wait for my food 10 minutes past my mobile pickup time because one of the employees friend came in asking for a bunch of free food which the employees started grabbing random food and putting it all in a bag, handing it back to there friend who left with the food, then asked me what I needed. Always crazy stuff going on here with there poor 2nd shift management.

Went to the drive through and thought the French dips were 2 for 7. Because of where they were located on the kiosk. The young guy came to the window and says yeah can I help you. We told him what the kiosk said and looked at us rudely and said NO it is not offered no other explanation and we left. We will never grace the doors of this Arby’s again just because of how rude he was. Maybe he needs some customer service training.

Unfortunately, when I was there, the it systems were not working properly. There was a rush and it was noticeably difficult to keep the orders accurate. The fries and sandwhich were hot and fresh.

Made all our food wrong. Asked for sweet tea got unsweet took it back and was told no one has made tea since THIS MORNING (it's 8:58pm) that they know it tastes bad. But I guess that's ok to serve people.

Got carryout lunch yesterday. Two brisket sandwich meals. Realized when I bit into my sandwich that the meat smelled odd--and while trying to chew and swallow the one bite the texture was just bad, bad, bad. Fatty, weird. Smelled weird, tasted weird. No thank you--threw away the rest.Man. Arby's used to be a great alternative to "real" fast food, and now it's just not even on the list of options, after this experience. Quality's been going down for years; what a disappointment.
