We went in, place fairly empty, I ordered a shrimp quessidila and it came out in approx. 5-8 mins. It was the quessidila meal so large enough to cut up in to 4 slices. Tortilla wouldn't even cut with their knife and not only did the shrimp look like it hadent been heated, much less grilled. Rice was ice cold and beans as well. Told waitress and she asked if I wanted anything else in its place and I politely passed. Took my dish away and blamed it on the ventilation system...
I just want to say my wife and I have been going here most Fridays at around 6pm. I am done with them. I always complained to my wife about the chintzy pours of whiskey. I finally asked our server, Junior, and he said they are 1 oz. I told him that a single is 1.5 oz and a double is 3 oz. For $8 an oz, I’ll take my business else where. I’m sure the margs are made the same way.
The waitress, whose name I didn't catch, was fantastic! My family wanted to practice ordering in Spanish and she waited patiently for them to do so. She even assisted with pronunciation when some words were incorrect. I really appreciated that she took this approach rather than being annoyed with the kids for trying. The food was good; our main entrees were hot off the grill but, the sides were lukewarm. We didn't complain though. Seemed trivial. We enjoyed ourselves...
