Just over the bridge from Steele Creek to Fort Mill. This place used to be awesome. A fast-paced and friendly atmosphere used to pervade this establishment. It's been some time since I've been here, as I was traveling today for the holiday weekend I was looking forward to one of their amazing bagels with toppings. When I arrived although there were people in the parking lot and inside,there was an overall Spirit of heaviness and solemnity. the once exuberant environment now felt more like a very sad place. No one said hello, even the young person at the counter did not engage at all. I placed the basic order of a twice toasted bagel with cream cheese and coffee. Only to receive an untoasted bagel with cold coffee and milk. Even when they handed everything to me and said thank you, there was no eye contact and no sense of customer appreciation.
Hoping that the original owner is still with us and that nothing has happened. Everybody has an off day in business,

This is the best local bagel place on Lake Wylie. They always have fresh bagels with plenty of things to put on them, great coffee, and very kind employees. I’ve become a frequent flyer here just because the bagels are so good. The breakfast sandwiches are also delicious and very filling. Prices are great for what you get and service has always been quick for me. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I’m very disappointed this morning. We used to love coming here and stopped in for a quick takeout bagel. Well it took us 30 minutes to order. We finally got our bagels so exciting and they did not add the cream cheese that we paid extra for. What are we supposed to do with a dry bagel? I guess we should have checked before we left but just disappointing. I will say both of our coffees were great! Not worth the time or money.
Absolutely love this place!! Customer service is amazing! They always give my dog a treat in the drive thru! The ice cream is to die for!! Cookies by the sea is our favorite! We love bagel boat!

Nice local spot for bagels! The atmosphere has a nice homey small town vibe. They have great coffee. My only comment is that I wish they would add vegan cream cheese or a vegan spread to their menu!!

This place has gone so downhill. I don’t know what happened to it.
I am from NY and so having NY bagels around was really awesome and I used to really love this place, but the last 3x I went had really sucked. They have gotten so cheap with their cream cheese, they are basically giving you dry bagels. They plop some cream cheese in the middle and the edges are completely dry. This last time I even paid for extra cream cheese and I’m attaching a photo of the dry bagel I got. Their bagels are good which is why I gave 2 stars, but I will not be going back.
