I generally love Bojangles and the fried chicken is very good, but on this occasion, Although there were at least 7 people in the kitchen and no one else in line it took me 20 minutes to get my order.

Drive-through now uses AI for orders. Awful for the customer, since you never get what you want, awful for the employees who have to work with it. Only good for the business to not pay an extra $15/hr for someone to manage it.

The staff is always friendly and patient, my food is always hot and fresh. The cashier that helped me Jamaya was so sweet as well. I haven't ever experienced a problem at this location, but I honestly feel like if I did they would go above and beyond to correct it!
It’s been years since we ate at Bojangles. We were not happy with the AI ordering because it just FEELS WEIRD y’all, so we went in. A+ cleanliness. The place was spotless. The lady who waited on us was super, duper sweet and friendly. She got our orders right, (#9’s) with fries and dirty rice (with extra dirt 🤣) and we got the legendary iced sweet tea. We asked for and did receive 2 free strawberry jams for the biscuits. Whoa. Delicious! We will eat at this Bojangles again for sure.

Made order on the app, said 30 mins. When I arrive there’s no wait and one customer get his order taken. My order still is not ready and when asked my name they just walk off. 2 employees walk from inside past me to the back smelling of weed and never washed there hands as far as I could see. Place keeps going downhill and really should get help before no one will eat here any more.
