I got all wrong foods from the drive thru which I discovered when I got home. When I went back for a refund a few hours later I was told they need to see the error to issue a refund. The only reason I give any rating is because they finally did a refund for me.

I luv the food, but hate the Ai at the drive thru, too unpersonable and gets things wrong. I say no cream, I get cream in my bag to put in the trash.

I have never been inside this restaurant, however, I love how hot,fresh and seasoned the food always comes out during lunch time. Definitely my top Bo’ restaurant in the clover area.

Service here is the worst. Employees are RUDE! Lots of cussing and "personal conversations" happening in front of customers. Like a "boyfriend" of one of the employees was just hanging out in the dining room. He looked "rough/dirty" and was an asshole. (I had overhead their conversation) The quality of food is terrible. Soggy fries, TINY tenders ect... Inside is DIRTY and falling apart. I went in and EVERY Table was dirty and there were NO other customers in the dining area, not busy. Employees were literally just standing around gossiping. I could also see yucky black stuff in the ice dispenser when I went to get my drink.
The one is lake Wylie is WAY better and the employees actually seem to care about their jobs and their customers.

Stopped by this location this evening and went through the drive thru. They were out of pink lemonade. That was not a issue at all. The girl at the window was very rude about it. I laughed and said it isn't the end of the world, we'll take tea instead. The aggression from the worker was COMPLETELY unnecessary. I did nothing to deserve rude service. most businesses are out of items due to tropical storm Helene. That young lady does not need to be working there.

The girl at the window was just rude. Never spoke to me until I asked where my biscuit was she rolled her eyes. I had fries in a bag and it was under them and I tried to say sorry but she just shut the window in my face. Of course she didn’t have a name tag on. Caucasian with brown hair. Every other time I’ve been there everyone was so nice. Not her!!

Waited for about 10 minutes no one came to the counter or said anything to us. They just kept looking saying nothing. So we left.

Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. They were busy but if you don’t have enough staff to take care of the drive thru and inside customers why have both? They had a AI taking orders at the drive thru but still weren’t able to keep up with the orders. Once i got up to the window the lady told me they didn’t have large cups so my drink got downgraded to a medium even though i paid for a large. I work in food service and when we are out of something we immediately tell the customers so they don’t spend their money on something they aren’t gonna get. I feel as though the staff is very unprofessional and could use more training. Food from here is always wonderful though!

I waited for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. All the attention was on the drive-thru. Finally when the cashier came over she didn't even say thanks for your patience. After waiting for my food, it came out cold. Luke warm tenders and fries. I think ? Bojangles have changed the recipe to the tenders. They don't taste the same. My over all experience was awful ?. What has happened to customer service ?. I won't be going back to this location ?.

They gave the wrong order went back in to let them know they threw the food I bought back in in the trash ? corrected my order and had an attitude like it was my fault ? Then got back to my car and the food they fixed was cold ? The Crew you have working there has Attitude's don't understand ? Bojangles should treat me and my coworkers to make up for poor service , 'Just saying" !!!
