I did not feel like cooking because of working all day and exhausted. I decided to drive to the local Bojangles and get the $19.99 8 pc tailgate special. Not a bad deal for eating out on a budget. I go through the drive thru and place my order when I get to the window, the drive thru person informs me that they are out of fried chicken and it will be a 25 minute wait for the chicken. The Bojangles person then informs me that she could replace it with 12 supreme chicken tenders. I said ok. Then she rings me up and says it would be $55 and change. I said there must be a mistake because the tailgate special is only $19.99. Bojangles person says oh the 12 piece tender is much more expensive and that is why. I said you said you could replace the 8 pc special with the supremes. Bojangles person said no it’s full price. I said go ahead and drop the chicken and cook the 8 pc. I will come inside and wait. My wife and I went inside and was going to order 2 coffees but the Bojangles person informed me that Bojangles stops serving coffee at 2pm. I had to laugh out loud at that and said I swear you can’t make this stuff up. After a good 30 minutes finally my chicken was ready. The large fry cook I think intentionally let them run out of chicken so the staff could turn customers away. I have heard that this is a practice by some of the later workers at Bojangles and the owners should look into this crap. Next time I will stay home or go to KFC across the road. I am done doing business at night with these Bojangles night workers in Clover.

Ordered 2 chicken club sandwiches with cheese. Neither sandwich had bacon. Only 1 had cheese. They both came on a biscuit? That was not asked for or wanted. This is not the first time they have screwed up. Disappointing as always!

Came to the bojangles in clover several weeks ago and my order was incorrect. Order rounds and they weren’t in the bag and here again on 10/18 and yet again there are NO borounds. The service at this place is a JOKE. Beware !!!!!!!

Poor quality customer service. The team lead (male wearing all black) was openly disgusted that he was asked by the front cashier to assist her with a register transaction. Front line cashier did the very best she could do. This was 09/18/25 around 9:15AM.
