Please start serving avocado ‘toast’ toasted and warm. Nobody wants a cold piece of untoasted bread with cold avocado spread on top. Hence the word ‘toasted’. Well, I ate it because I paid for it and I was hungry, but how the staff looked at this and said, "Yep, let's serve this to the customer" is a little beyond me. They also put zero cream in my extra cream coffee, so clearly the staff had zero concern this morning.

I know Saturday mornings can be hectic, but come on Lake Wylie! Quality matters! I went inside to order, because the drive through line was down the block! Not only was my order just placed on the counter without anyone saying anything; the food was just thrown in the bag, harsh browns were half cooked. There are lots of other breakfast options nearby! Quality Matters!

I had a mobile order, they handed me my drinks and told me my food will be right out. They were not busy at all so I was wondering why we hadn’t gotten our food yet after 15 minutes. I go up to the counter and my food was just sitting there getting cold. Drinks were good, but they were extremely cheap on the bacon on my sandwich. I could barely taste the bacon throughout.

Almost a $6 latte that a quarter of the drink is missing and I'm told it's normal that yesterday my cup was full but today we blame it on the machine and ice "calibration". No words besides WOW!
