Me, my husband, and my grandchild visited this location around 7 PM last night, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The store was empty when we walked in, but instead of being greeted, I had to go around the corner and say “excuse me” just to get the employees’ attention. When one finally came to the counter, she seemed more focused on giggling with her coworker than helping us.

We ordered coffee, but there wasn’t any ready at 7 PM. As all-day coffee drinkers, I feel like fresh coffee should always be available. When we did finally get our cups, it was not even stirred, as we had requested for that as well.

The donut case looked messy and unappealing, with paper scattered everywhere. We ended up settling for a pre-packaged cake loaf for my grandson because the case just didn’t look clean. On top of that, the overall store appearance was dirty and uninviting.

This location could really improve with more attentive customer service, a cleaner presentation, and better upkeep of the store .

I’ve given this Dunkin multiple chances. The bacon is always either black, or completely raw. Today, there’s maybe 5 broken up pieces of burnt bacon.

I have noticed the level of customer service has decreased greatly over the last year. This morning, no eye contact and everyone was timid. Some lady, thin blonde 30's, was on the other side of counter talking to the manager. The manager was rude and then the lady grabbed my drink and slid it to me. Does she work there as her attire did not say so? What happened to this location?

Blender is obviously broken, or the staff running the blender. Can never drink a frozen coffee through a straw. Update: decided to give them another chance and order a iced chi latte and received a cup of milk instead, very little to no chi. If I could give them 0 stairs, I would.

Used as a public meetup with clients. The staff are attentive and friendly and the wait is not long. Both times I have been, there were a healthy number of customers coming and going. The dining area is clean and comfortable.

Went through the drive thru this evening to get a donut for my granddaughter. She picked out the first one on the drive thru picture menu, pink icing with sprinkles. The lady on the intercom said they didn’t have sprinkles. We said okay, no sprinkles. We got to the window and were given the donut in a bag and charged $1.84. The bag had no napkins and the donut was stale. I drove across the street, walked into Publix and got a half dozen fresh donuts for $4.00.

Blueberry Munchkins! If you haven't had them, you are missing out! Great employees! I didn't get my bacon once after I paid for it. I drove back there ten minutes later and they apologized and cooked some new snackin bacon for me. Awesome place!

Please start serving avocado ‘toast’ toasted and warm. Nobody wants a cold piece of untoasted bread with cold avocado spread on top. Hence the word ‘toasted’. I even asked if it had been toasted, and was assured it was. It wasn’t, of course. This location is full of surprises. Never know what you’re going to get.

Well, I ate it because I paid for it and I was hungry, but how the staff looked at this and said, "Yep, let's serve this to the customer" is a little beyond me. They also put zero cream in my extra cream coffee, so clearly the staff had zero concern this morning.
