I worked with Jackson's Kitchen for a wedding over the weekend and I can not express how wonderful they were!
Not only was the food delicious and the presentation impressive, but the staff was professional and prompt. Mike is passionate about what he does and it shows.
We had such a great experience and can't wait to work with Jackson's again!

But I took a gamble with the new owner.Terrible
We were having a small get together. Ordered country green beans, no seasoning whatsoever, fresh out of the can.
broccoli casserole, website stated this is topped with bread cheese crumble. We received Cheez it topping and mostly broccoli stalks. mashed potatoes garlic with Greek seasoning website stated. not sure what happened to the garlic and Greek seasoning pretty sure this was Instant and not homemade.
Rocky road brownies, not bad, apple cobbler. Not sure if this was homemade.

We used Mike for our wedding this past weekend and he was a joy to work with. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. He and his staff was extremely professional and responsive in turning over serving tables between cocktail hour and our buffet style dinner, as well as cleaning up empty dessert plates.He is a stand up guy that is flexible with what he can offer for you and your guests and would recommend him for anyone looking to host a large event.

If you’re looking for the best wedding cook - this is it! The maple bourbon chicken was delicious by far the best wedding food I’ve ever had everything was fresh and delicious! Staff was so sweet and helped with whatever we needed - even got is our own plate from cocktail hour can’t recommend enough!!

We recently used Jackson’s to cater for my sons 18th surprise birthday. The food we ordered was wonderful but we did have one missed expectation during the initial delivery. The owner was super responsive and called us directly and the Recovery taken along with the ownership taken for minor issue was beyond expectation and gives me the confidence to use Jackson’s for all my catering needs. And… while these things happen from time to time with anyone, it is rare these days to find anyone that goes to these lengths to make it right. You can deal with confidence when dealing with Jackson’s.
Good food. Seasoned well. Menu changes daily, so call for options. Cornbread is good.

Jackson’s Kitchen catered my daughter’s wedding on September 25,2021….even though I didn’t get to see the cocktail food, the dinner they served was outstanding. The Parmesan crusted chicken was to die for. It was so good there were no leftovers….Mike & his staff were the very best…thanks Mike for the wonderful food!!
