This store is AMAZING! I am celiac and they go above and beyond to ensure I have a positive experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! The staff listens to my concerns, get fresh veggies from the back to avoid cross contamination! I am so thankful for this store!!!

The app makes it easy to order, and it's always ready when they say it will be. I was surprised this location wasn't as busy as the one in Gastonia during the lunch hour on Saturday . They cut your meat and cheese fresh. It's always good.

This place is an absolute nightmare! The manager, Nina, is shockingly rude—not just to customers, but even worse, to her own employees. Her complete lack of respect is appalling, and she doesn’t even try to hide her disdain. She openly belittles and disrespects her young staff, many of whom look like they’re barely 18. It’s disgraceful and makes the entire environment unbearable. Avoid this place at all costs! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

My issue with this particular store is they always have mushy tomatoes. People who like tomatoes don’t like them mushy and I just don’t get what they are doing wrong. Someone please offer them some guidance
