This locations food is terrible. It doesn't even taste like kfc chicken. The potato wedges are disgusting.

Instead of getting heated over it went and waited the rest of the time in the vehicle
When went to check again to see if it was ready the door was locked and no help given through the drive through either

Ordered a $7 fill up with tenders and got the tiniest chicken tenders ever and instead of telling me your out of fries you throw what little you have left on top of my chicken and assume I want mashed potatoes and whatever that is in the bag looks like a danish and call it a day instead of saying your out of fries and let me pick another side what a joke if I wasn’t in a hurry I would have came back inside

They got my order wrong when I asked for a crunchy taco meal with just the meat in the tacos then they gave me one taco and with everything on it including rice they also put just one taco on the receipt when I clearly asked for a crunchy taco meal

Our food tasted like it was a day old. The chicken pot pie was the only thing that was cooked properly and tasted fresh. We threw out most of our lunch 😞

My husband ordered potatoes and gravy and when he got home we found the gravy was less then half full!! I can't believe this! I took a picture of it but I dont know how or where to post it!!

I ordered delivery and was missing several items. When I called to let them know, a child told me they were the manager and they did not have to give me their name. They did not offer any solutions other than me coming there to pick up the missing items. If I wanted to pick up, I would not have chosen delivery. By the time I got there and back, the food at home would be cold....

These guys never change their oil, you can tell how dark the chicken is and this is the beginning of their issues.
Orders are never correct. Orders take so long I have no clue why they're not correct.
Oh and March 11th, 2025....closed at 8:45....ummm it says 9pm...
