My husband ordered potatoes and gravy and when he got home we found the gravy was less then half full!! I can't believe this! I took a picture of it but I dont know how or where to post it!!

I ordered delivery and was missing several items. When I called to let them know, a child told me they were the manager and they did not have to give me their name. They did not offer any solutions other than me coming there to pick up the missing items. If I wanted to pick up, I would not have chosen delivery. By the time I got there and back, the food at home would be cold....

These guys never change their oil, you can tell how dark the chicken is and this is the beginning of their issues.
Orders are never correct. Orders take so long I have no clue why they're not correct.
Oh and March 11th, 2025....closed at 8:45....ummm it says 9pm...
The food sucks, the workers are unprofessional, and too lazy to do their job.

This KFC/Taco Bell has decent food but they refuse to fix a problem with their Taco Bell #6 Calupa combo. It reads Chicken Calupa Supreme Combo $9.29, but when you tell them chicken it adds $2.00 to the total. Can you say “Stealing from unsuspecting customers “. This has been reported to them for months now and nothing has been done to correct the problem. Al they need to do is change the menu board to not say chicken. How hard could this be ? 😡

The Clover SC KFC is very disappointing, the last 2 times my chicken in my to go order has been very dry, it’s as if it had been sitting under a hot light all day long to keep it warm. Not worth my time anymore. So very BAD, the people working there has no pride in their product and no customer care.

This KFC/Taco Bell sucks. The service is the worst. I was in line at the drive thru for 17 minutes. I ordered 2 cheesy roll ups and 2 soft tacos. The service is beyond awful. Drive to Lake Wylie if you want Taco Bell.

Unbelievably slow. Took me 15 minutes to get to the speaker, another 15 at least to get to the window...and food still is not ready. Now they make me pull up, not anyone that was in front of me. I got home and I was shorted three of my four breast. Now I will say manager Chloe was great and provided me with what was missing and a little more. Granted I had to drive 20 minutes each way. I did see she was coaching the worker in a professional way.

Be careful when you drive your car in their parking lot. last week I drove into the drive thru and got a screw in my tire, when I complained they told me I could not prove it happened there and they no longer have anyone to sweep cause they fired him and the parking lot is full of trash and the manage will not let them hire anyone else. 2 piece of chicken cost me 20 dollars am I happy....NO

If you like warm drinks and wrong orders then this is the place to go. Always forgets items and very rarely delivers a quality product. I'd recommend somewhere else.
