Lake Wylie Pizza and Italian Restaurant

The service is terrible. Waited 13 minutes on hold to place a to go order. Then got kicked off and had to recall to be placed on hold again and order was never placed because lack of leadership and management. Very disappointing. It’s sad that great food can to waste because of the staff.

When we arrived there were four or five tables. We waited 10 minutes before our order was taken.

$30 for two people, a 12” pizza, one salad, and a tea.

A Walmart frozen pizza tastes better than this pizza.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that would make me want to return.

This food is amazing the waiters are so nice and help you with your food a lot but sometimes they are a little slow but besides that I give it five stars

Decided to give take out another shot after a series of disappointments, and alas it lived up to the disappointment again. This time part of our order was not prepared prior to arrival because two similar orders came in at once. Last time I got a half baked pizza that the toppings slid off of prior to getting home… 3 minuets and two turns away.
The biggest issue is lack of management. The young staff has not been trained and lacks in customer service skills. If management was more present things could be different. There appears to be apathy, mediocrity is fine, and no accountability.
Have had similar issues with service in person as well.
I want to love this place, but just can not. The corn beef hash at breakfast is great. Owners please take note that you need leadership in place and better customer service.

Very good Italian food. If you catch them on certain days where they have different specials this extremely good deal.

We love the pizza but will probably look for more inexpensive options there is to build your own pizza can be very expensive one of our medium/large pizzas was almost $38 with all the additional toppings we got on it. It was pretty expensive.

The mozzarella sticks were amazing.

The jalapeño poppers were even better !

Very good just be very cautious and how you order it can get very expensive.

Service was off the charts. They had an ample people there to serve and did a fantastic job and is a very good Italian restaurant with a unique taste.

Also, very close to the lake and easy to get in and out of.

I highly recommend it. It will be eating there again.

I go here once a month sometimes more my family has been there 100 times or more..they always take friends and family and rave about it. Today was no different we were hungry and wanted to go to our fav place. We order with a timid waitress who isn’t friendly nor mean my aunt asks for extra cheese on her pizza, when it comes out it is burnt and looks old no extra cheese, she asks the waitress and she says the kitchen says it’s extra. Like girl go ask for extra cheese on it. Anywho she tells the manager and we hear THE MANAGER say “she always complains” my aunt doesn’t complain she asks for what she pays for and out of all the times she’s been there she’s complained once before which was about EXTRA CHEESE. I wrote yall on fb privately before I went public fyi. Also after this the waitress stopped coming to our table we had to flag her down for drinks, boxes and the check.

The breakfast here is the very best in the state. Pizza is good too. Friendly service and food arrives very quickly. Small restaurant, so might have to wait a bit, but worth it.

Food was very good. Prices decent too.

We ordered a medium deluxe pizza. It was delicious. Took a few pieces home and ate it for lunch the next day.
