First time ordering the burger. The meat was great but the bun ruined the taste and texture. The bun was cold in the outside to begin with and then it turned into a slimy dough ball when chewing. Totally took away from enjoying the meat. Either need to grill/toast the bun or change to a bun less doughy. I like their Hoagies but won’t order the burger anymore.

I just relocated here from up north and this place is about as close as your going to get for A decent Hoagie. The portion of meat you receive is A bit small so you have no choice but to pay for extra wich is $10. So your actually paying double for A decent size hoagie. And if the owner is reading this A little suggestion you should come up with A sauce for you steak and chicken hoagies that would take it over the top. Im still a loyal customer ..

We stopped for a brief lunch. The menu was hard to navigate and the prices have recently increased. My husband liked the hoagie he chose, but we paid more than the menu. My tuna salad was awful. We paid $7 for 8oz of ground tuna - there was absolutely no seasoning. Our total bill was $26 for a 9" sub, 8oz of potato salad, and 8oz of tuna salad. The seating is limited and the setup is quite odd. They were quick to prepare our order and the staff were friendly. We're disappointed. We'll likely try a different local place the next time we're in the area.

My family and I recently moved to the lake Wylie area and have been trying restaurants in the area. We went to Lee's hoagie house for lunch and got their Philly cheesesteak and OH. MY. GOD. I was in love. Delicious!!!!!!!!! My fiancé had their Italian sandwich and thought it was amazing as well. If you're in the lake Wylie area and need a quick bite to eat, this place is it! Staff is friendly and ambiance is inviting. Will definitely be returning!

I am not going to lie, I’ve been going here since they have opened, the food is good, but today, going in and asking for a half Italian hoagie combo, and it coming up to $20, was extremely disrespectful. They’ve raised prices 3 times, but this one was ridiculous. $5 to make it a combo? For fries and a fountain drink? And $13 for a half? Being from Philly, this is laughable. I’ve made my last trip here, hope it works out.

Good service, fair pricing and very good food, again had the cheeseburger hoagie, and old bay fries, wife had the tenders, mom had the meatball Sammy....all were very good, we will return.

The food is almost always good. The young kids working there struggle to get the orders right most of the time, but since we usually eat there, its not too hard to get the mistakes corrected.
