Only 5 cars in line. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker before my order was taken. Waited in line to get my food for 6 minutes

DO NOT WASTE Your Time , they have Zero Customer Service Here. So I used your app was supposed to be drive thru but it was for pickup, the drive thru which was not busy literally made me come in and get it, then I fet in and ask for help everyone just looked at each other like not my job, how hard is it to walk to steps and get my order, to many people here are like not my job, I Knew I should have went to York Store

It's McDonald's. The food it's gradually getting worse and worse. The fries taste so fake it might as well be deep fried styrofoam. Nothing against this McDonald's. I'm sure they are right on par with all the other ones, it's not their fault their recipe is trash.

This specific McDonalds location used to be one of the best operated McDonald’s in York county. I don’t know what has happened in the past few months, but the service has taken a turn for the worst. Nothing but attitude from managers, fighting between team members, and wasting of food. I can deal with attitude, but growing up poor and hungry means that I take serious offense to wasting of perfectly good food. I will no longer be coming to this location because of the bad attitude I was given, and the blatant wasting of food.
Bought the 10 pc nugget combo the kids love them . Everything was nice and hot and I went through the drive thru really fast today.

I come here all the time, nothing beats a McFlurry with some dessert after a long workday. But the last few times I’ve been served about half the McFlurry serving size. Let me know if I need to head over to a competitor but I’d appreciate getting what I paid for, not half.
Ordered online, went in to pickup. When I got to the counter no one acknowledged my existence. There were four guys standing around talking and joking, one of them appeared to be the manager. They all saw me but none of them said anything to me at all. I waited for around five minutes before a little old lady (60-70 at least) hobbled back in from wiping tables. She asked me for the name on the order, then reached around a wall and handed me the (now cold) food. The order had been sitting there the entire time, it would have taken less than 30 seconds for the manager or any of the other three guys to just ask me my name then hand me the bag, but obviously McDonald's no longer prides itself on customer service. Unacceptable.

Got a hamburger with just the patty and the bun. No other typical ingredients.
Had me standing there for ten minutes for just drinks
And the manager told me not working for her that can wait
Was her delivery driver that usually sits up there to drive their food out
That night was working for her and all that got said ten minutes after arrived was that this order is a ten minute drive there and back and that need to go please give me the order
Grill guy was trying to communicate to the manager and the other employee since got there to get this order started but they took their time anyways and was too busy goofing off
Grill man was the only one working that night that would help do anything and was the only reason orders were getting done
Also another manager that is male that was not there but that manager is awesome and will get in the trenches with his crew and work just as hard if not harder
