I was helped today on the kiosk by a sweet woman named Devshia. I have to say she is a very nice person. And I appreciate people like her. I wish the world was full of them. I absolutely love the manager. She always has a smile on her face and I would like to thank them.❤️

Found hair on my food. Disgusting... Manger told me to bring receipt in for a refund but then reused to validate because I didn't have the food to bing the next day. Was in he garbage where it belonged. not only that but they were more bothered that I had an issue, than the fact that there was hair in my food. Absolutely not how you provide customer service. What a joke. Save your money and spend it local. This is not what food service should look like.

The second time I’ve came around 1am and my nuggets that I paid 10$ for were hard and just all in all nasty, I work in the fast food industry and never in my life have I treated customers the way y'all's night shift treated me and my husband tonight ,the lady taking money didn’t tell me our total just took the card handed it back and walked off rolling her eyes ?? Not only did we sit at the window for 10 minutes why did my nuggets come out hard as a rock if anything they should’ve been the freshest nuggets I’ve ever had? Yall need better management and crew for nights it’s ridiculous.

I was on the hunt for three of my final tiny tan toys from the BTS second collection. I had had not much luck at any of the other McDonald’s in my area and several of the staff were kinda rude even though I tried to go at times when they were not super busy (230 3 o’clock in the afternoon). But the ladies at the Clover McDonald’s were incredibly nice and so helpful! And I really appreciated their extra effort.

DO NOT WASTE Your Time , they have Zero Customer Service Here. So I used your app was supposed to be drive thru but it was for pickup, the drive thru which was not busy literally made me come in and get it, then I fet in and ask for help everyone just looked at each other like not my job, how hard is it to walk to steps and get my order, to many people here are like not my job, I Knew I should have went to York Store
It's McDonald's. The food it's gradually getting worse and worse. The fries taste so fake it might as well be deep fried styrofoam. Nothing against this McDonald's. I'm sure they are right on par with all the other ones, it's not their fault their recipe is trash.

This specific McDonalds location used to be one of the best operated McDonald’s in York county. I don’t know what has happened in the past few months, but the service has taken a turn for the worst. Nothing but attitude from managers, fighting between team members, and wasting of food. I can deal with attitude, but growing up poor and hungry means that I take serious offense to wasting of perfectly good food. I will no longer be coming to this location because of the bad attitude I was given, and the blatant wasting of food.

I come here all the time, nothing beats a McFlurry with some dessert after a long workday. But the last few times I’ve been served about half the McFlurry serving size. Let me know if I need to head over to a competitor but I’d appreciate getting what I paid for, not half.
