Basic food safety negligence!Normally I have good experiences at this location. But the past two times I’ve been here I’ve noticed something very worrying. A certain employee has not been tying their (shoulder-length) hair back while preparing food. The first time I saw this I already had my food, they had come out of the back with their hair completely loose. I was a little wary but ate my food and left. Today I go back in and the same employee was preparing food up front, hair still completely loose. I turned around and left without ordering.Every other employee in the place had their hair tied back. This is food safety 101! It is very worrying to me that no one has corrected this behavior yet. I won’t be ordering from this location again while I see this being allowed to continue

This Moes is so chintsy with portions. Im surprised the lady didnt count each grain of rice. She micro portioned my "Homewrecker" the food was good but FFS stop micro measuring everything. Godforbid you get an extra few black beans, or a piece of chicken. I was literally laughing at the counter while they made my burrito.
Dont go here. The food was garbage. I was passing through while on a road trip. It definitely does not have the moes taste that im used to. Tofu was over cooked and the corn had pepper on it. I wouldnt go there if I was
We come into the restaurant, ordered our food and went to sit down. We noticed a child sitting alone crying. Another Customer went up to the child to ask what was wrong and the kid said he was hungry so the Customer went out of his way to buy the child food. The mother who is the manager of the store comes out and half heartedly thanks the man. He left with his wife then the mother gets Wendy’s delivered 5 minutes later. I’m not sure why the kid was crying but it was sad that the customer went out of his way to feed the manager’s kid and he was manipulated by the kid to get him food.Good people in the world trying to help UNGRATEFUL people.

2nd time I've ordered from therw and the free salsa doesn't come, there's maybe a handful of chips in the bag for 2 people that were ordered. My 13$ bowl had half the food it normally gets in. Never ordering from here again! You pay $30 for 2 orders and half the stuff doesn't even come.

I used to enjoy Moe's food, but for the last two time I ordered from there, their food has been salty. The first time I overlooked it because mistakes happen but to ordered maybe months later and the food is salty again. Some thing need to be done. I won't be going back to this particular Moe's again.

Went in tonight for Moe’s Monday have never had a bad experience at this location but tonight we got our food to go and we’re less than pleased. We got home (less than 3 minutes down the road) and all of the food was cold and the queso was cold and chunky like it had been out for hours. Barely got any chicken on our burritos and when asked to add more they wanted us to pay the extra $3.50 for more although there was barely anything on there as it was. We’ll give it another try next time but hoping to see the usual standard that Moe’s normally provides not what this go around gave us.
