DO NOT EAT HERE! Got takeout last night for me and my family, we all got violently sick and we were sick all night. I know at least three other people that have gotten food poisoning from this place just this week. I will NOT be back. Someone is going to end up getting sick and going to the hospital.

I used to go here regularly when I was in high school at Clover. I’ve been away at school for the last 4 years and haven’t been able to have Nagoya in quite some time. It USED to be my favorite place to grab a bite to eat. My dad and I got lunch here yesterday and to say I was so disappointed is an understatement. We both got the hibachi steak plate. Our rice was undercooked, the steak was completely overcooked and ridiculously chewy, and the veggies were still crunchy like the had just came out of the bag. We left disappointed and both ended up getting sick later in the night. Unfortunately, I will never be back.

I have been going to this restaurant lately, and every time I go I receive the same welcoming, great hospitality from very professional employee I think Anna who is taking the order there every time! You can tell; someone who really likes her job and show appreciation. Always greeting us with big smile. The food is always very tasty, big portions you never leave hungry, also without breaking the bank. I can tell the freshness and quality at this place. Thank you and keep it up!
I ordered the shrimp hibachi The shrimp was chewy and overcooked, and the food was burnt. The cashier was very pleasant.

I just want to start off saying I love Nagoya's food.y complaint is for the money I'm paying I wish the hibachi plates where a little more even/consistent. I had no carrots which Is my husbands favorite, a couple onions and zucchini, mostly broccoli...

Bad food quality paid $15 for a combo plate that tasted like it had cleaning solution mixed in. It was absolutely terrible. Veggies soaked in it they are probably bad and not thrown out just given to customer. I mean when putting the mouth they tasted awful and burned like bleach. This is unexceptible. I will not ask for a refund or replacement as I am afraid of what I would be met with. This is not the first time this has happened but I think it is time to find another go to resturant. For sure.

Great place to have in our little town. So easy to order online and pickup. Food is excellent every time. Has a little bit of everything for everyone. Food is the same as it was when we started going here 5+ years ago.
There are only so many times the same staff member can get your orders wrong before you find somewhere else to eat. An order of tempura chicken does not include either the word sushi or roll. Also, beware of calling in an order as you’ll get over charged compared to the paper menu and won’t be provided a receipt.
