Just picked up a pizza at the drive through. Had to wait an extremely long time for somebody to acknowledge me. The pizza was ready like 10 minutes ago, according to the app. I had to back up a couple times to hit the hose dinger and somebody finally came over. I guess that’s how you’re treated when you order through the app and they see you didn’t leave a tip

Love the Clover Papa John's. Pizza was great. Pizza was thin crust just the way I like it. Service was great. Price was excellent. Pepperoni onions and green peppers. Atmospjere was calming. Staff takes pride on what they do. I will eat there again. Great.

Why is it that so many pizza places have uncooked dough in their pizzas? They still haven't corrected this issue yet? Cook the dough a bit first then add the toppings.
And why cold wings when they were picked up soon after ordering? Oh well.

Papajohn have completely went down hill. They put to much product on the pizza and it dont cook. There always forgetting your extras you order. The they charge you $5.50 to deliver, when they dont even deliver it. Doordash does and they deliver for free!! So not only do they give you a bad product and raise there prices, they actually charge you for delivery fee that they dont even deliver. The company that delivers for free brings your food. We need to make a stand its getting ridiculous. Doordash delivers your food and there so lazy, they actually get there kids to run it to your door carrying it like a brief case!

Place is very disgusting there bathroom is completely nasty there’s piss and shit on the walls. when we first arrived to pick up out order there was a DEAD COCKROACH on the floor. And we looked off to the side and there was a fly stuck on the pizza trying to fly escape because it was stuck on the sauce 🤮 will most definitely never be coming here again

Just in there to get my order after the lady told me she could not help me bc she was not logged in to the computer that is fine I got to watch the guy flick lids or cups what ever they were in to the prep bar where the cheese and other stuff in! Great!! Then as I was finishing up paying the guy flick my order!!

This place has disappointed me before but tonight is a new level. Not only is this the condition my pizza showed up, but they are not answering my phone call. I'm guessing the manager knew what condition my pizza was sent in.
I've had many pizzas from Papa John's in the past, and most of them have been pretty good, but I can say for a fact that the times I've had pizza from this store have been the best of the lot without a shadow of a doubt. The store is clean, the staff are friendly, and the general manager Nick is one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

This was honestly the best Papa Johns pizza I've ever had. It was fresh and actually had effort put into it, unlike a lot of other locations. Special shout out to the GM Nick- super friendly guy, he cares for his workers and it shows in the quality of the food and restaurant!
