Ok, I thought this place was supposed to stay open till ten. Let me explain. On January 27th 2026, my wife and I decided to order from this location. She placed the order online a few hours earlier because she was at work, and she's the only one that can drive. So she gets off to head to this location to get our subs, the store is closed, like locked up no one there. I don't know if they got permission to close early or not. Now this isn't the first time we have had issues with this location. They have gotten orders wrong staff can be very rude

I went in today to try something new and the worker said let me fix you my favorite. Tatiana made me a bmt toasted with peppers and onions and pepper jack cheese and put bacon on it. Omg that is my favorite now!! I love this store. Everyone is really nice and the manager is super sweet just like the tea.

Subway is a place where i considered is good because, i was enjoy food and service and the atmosphere make feel like home, yes in another subways but on this subway is not the same. Just here is dont care service and dont care atmosphere, how can enjoy the food and have good food when service is bad and atmosphere is bad. The good choice is penn station is little more far but is GOOD FOOD, GOOD SEVICE AND GOOD ATMOSPHERE.

This used to be a very clean place & the young kids were fine that worked there. Today it was two adults that looked like they were on drugs. They refused to refund or help my husband when we ordered online and they don't have one of the items. They also didn't give us the rest of the meals. I tried calling and they hung up on me. This is absolutely horrible

This the poorest ran subway in the area. It used to be just the kids in the evening wearing earpods while serving with filthy counters and disgusting ingredient tubs all sitting with the lids open or bain glass up. I even had to remind a boy to put on gloves and even then they didnt wash before doing so. This morning my wife walks up at 9:10 and they advertise they open at 9. The Lady doesn't have the courtesy to walk to the door, but Wells at her from the dining room they wont be open til 9:30. I cant wait til this place shuts down to allow a more deserving business to occupy this space.

Put in an online order at 9pm, my card was charged, food was supposed to be ready at 9:20 place isn’t supposed to close until 10. My husband went to pick it up and the place was closed, employees watched my husband try to open the locked door. What I don’t understand is upon receiving my order no one called to let me know they are closing early or attempting to reach out and refund my money. Terrible service!

Wanted the boss at 5pm and was told not enough meatballs. Didn't offer to make more just says don't have enough meatballs. Didn't even ask if it was a footlong or half just automatically say don't have enough meatballs.

I finished my shift at 9 PM and made the nearly 30-minute drive to the subway, which is conveniently close to my house and stays open until 10 PM. I thought it would be a great opportunity to grab a bite to eat.

However, when I arrived at 9:32, I found the doors locked, the "open" sign turned off, and the employees inside busy mopping the floors.

Can someone explain how a place that is supposed to close at 10 PM is already shutting down at 9:30? I noticed that the two workers inside looked quite young, possibly teenagers or in their early twenties, which made it clear why they felt comfortable closing early—probably because their manager wasn’t around. There was also a woman in there, but I could only make out her ponytail. I had driven all this way to pick up subs for my son and me for dinner, only to find that I couldn’t even get any food. I had to rush to another place before everything else closed since they also shut down at 10 PM.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see this subway employ people who seem indifferent to their responsibilities. It’s disheartening that some staff members think it’s acceptable to cut corners like this.

This particular Subway always has great service. It's my go-to when in Rock Hill.

Vegetarian options: I usually get a veggie sub. It's my favorite!

The lettuce was brownish and I asked for new lettuce the worker says that's how it come. If that the case, fresh lettuce should be changed out or covered up! That's not sanitary. It shouldn't be sold not fresh!
