Visited twice over the past 2 weeks and positive experince. There was a shrill boy with brown hair and stickers on his hat that was very excited to take my order, I informed him of my daughter's allergy and he made sure the food was separate and no contamination. I asked at the window and he said he had been trained for food safety. Very happy. Even played with my daughter while food was being made and gave us an extra taco. The same boy served me before and was very patient when I had informed him it was my first time in 15 years at KFC. He gave me suggestions and was very honest on his own preferences. Helped me get deals as well. They have a 7 piece chicken with cream potato for $20!!!!!!! Will be coming back. Although, I heard employees arguing in the back and my Sprite was watered down.

Got there at 9:15pm and online says they close at 10:00pm. The drive thru sign is turned off and the doors are locked! If you're going to close early at least put up a sign on the door or update your store hours.

The blonde kid with the mullet is extremely exquisite also he is the most kind human ever also I really like the manager with the facial hair and the mullet he is sooooooooo cool I ordered a 16 piece meal and got it in 20 seconds

We come here rarely. When we do the drive through is always slow. Food is missing from order. We are always asked to pull forward in the drive through to wait on food while vehicles behind us get their order and leave before us. This place needs to be inspected and corrected.

I ordered a drink and a large nacho fries and never got it, I had to go to the counter and get my drink, and they never gave me my nacho fries.

The owners need to replace everyone that works here. Had to wait over 30 minutes for my order and it was wrong. The management is poor. I know that most employees are teenagers but they need to take pride in their work and get off the phone. As my wife and I ate our order we watched as people came in from the drive thru to have their orders fixed. Just all around poor service

I ordered food at 8:08 in the lobby and had to ask for a refund at 8:38. Several customers were served after us and the drive through must have seen 20 cars get their orders. Never an apology or what can I do to make it right. I worked at a KFC Taco Bell on six forks rd. In Raleigh when I was 17. I wasn't the best employee ever but good God we could serve customers food. It's like this everywhere you go. We are going to be eating at home way more. I miss the days of being able to go to a restaurant and actually get good food and decent service.

Chicken is still for the most part has a good taste. Not like it used to be. The pieces seem to be smaller every time. The wings have hardly no meat. The breast are the size the thighs ised to be.
