So I went here on my break (which is 30 mins). I was sitting at the speaker for the entire 30 mins. I was told "one moment" twice. I had to pull up to the window to not be ignored. I was then told there "was a reason" I wasn't getting my order taken. I asked for said reason and was told they were short staffed. I also work in food service and wish I could ignore customers when short staffed.

Ordered 2 large nacho fries and a Doritos taco in the drive-thru, I got given kfc fries in 2 large Taco Bell fry boxes. They didn’t give them nacho fry seasoning or say they were out of them. I didn’t look in to bag until I got home to my own fault.

Service through the drive thru is better than service inside at the counter. The mexican pizza shells taste like they were fried in expired oil and the beans almost always have some sort of dried crust on them. This specific location is lackluster at best. If you can drive to the next closes Taco Bell, I would encourage you to do so.

Location has gone severely downhill 50 mins for our order in drive thru. Walked in was told they skipped it by accident, but then no one started to make it. As time passed another employee asked what we needed/ were waiting on, told them, and this time said we can’t remake it if you don’t have your receipt. We never got a receipt, we never got any food, remake it? Still no one made the ticket. Eventually the food is made bag handed to us, here you go. Nothing else, no sorry for the trouble, nothing just as if we caused them an issue. This location is honestly the worst it’s ever been.

To make it quick and simple, I get out of my job late every once in a while so I try going to this location which says it closes at 9pm or 10pm depending on the day, this location ALWAYS closes early, I’ll come up at like 8:20 and get an automated voice telling me they are closed like an hour before they close 9/10 times. There is also these two women who run the window most nights, who always have such an attitude, one younger and one older. Had one of them literally throw my food at me, and they both just slam the window shut once they hand you your food. Everyone else who works there is super nice though, I’ve gone once or twice earlier in the day and it’s a whole different vibe.

The food is hit or miss though, again the two times I’ve gone earlier in the day they got everything right and nothing was cold but when I go anytime after like 6pm they ALWAYS mess things up by giving me the wrong things or missing stuff. It’s either that or the food is somehow cold.

The food is a little better than most Taco bells but the lady cashier in the front is one of the nicest people of all time it makes the trip worthwhile.

This is a good taco bell. My order is always fresh. I only ever go through the drive thru. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I don't think they have very many employees. I can forgive a wait time if the food is fresh and good. The people are always friendly, even when they are busy.

Went through the drive thru. Waited 30 min then they tell me they got the order mixed up and if I wanted what they made instead. I said no because I don't like it I want what I ordered. They said they can't do that because they turned everything off. They need to get it together at this location.
