Update: Annette from Pizza Man just contacted me and is crediting me for the mistake.I'll give them another shot because we want to support our hometown's local businesses and not every business tries to right the wrongs and that alone is much appreciated.Thank you Annette.This is the third time recently that I have ordered from Pizza Man and not been satisfied because my order was WRONG.Today I ordered two EXTRA large pizzas and received just large for bothOne pizza was supposed to have half mushroom and olives AND extra cheese and it OBVIOUSLY DID NOT have extra cheese.My other pizza was supposed to be pepperoni with half of it with mushrooms & olives and it also had green pepper. What if we had an allergy to peppers?I hadn't eaten all day so I wasn't about to wait for them to remake them but I'm going to learn this lesson and just start driving the extra 5 minutes to Bellacino's in Gastonia so I can get what I actually paid for.SN: my son picked up the food and didn't know it was wrong until he got it home.

I paid $5 for a salad from the salad bar and the lettuce was brown the nice young girl got me some fresh lettuce and said its because its sat out all day? then there was no ranch then no crackers so i ask for a box so i can properly eat my salad at home and the rude lady says we cant give you a take home box for salad i paid for it and yall dont have everything out for it i should be able to take it home! Very disgusted with her attitude

We got a large cheese and a large pepperoni pizza and enjoyed them. We are new to the area and saw photos in the reviews of games. Unfortunately, the photos are 6 years old and pre-Covid. The games are all in disrepair. But the pizza was pretty good and the salad bar has good homemade ranch. We would come back and hopefully support a local business that may have had trouble rebounding after Covid and inflation. ❤️ We would love to see it look like it used to.Kid-friendliness: It’s spread out. You could bring. Card game or board game and play and it wouldn’t be awkward.

My family loves pizza man! We always get carry out on those nights you don't feel like cooking supper. It's always ready in a timely fashion and I've never had an order get messed up! It's a family, friendly environment. It's definitely our go to place for great pizza!

Food and service were ok. I don’t think any of the arcade games work. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Based on the cleanliness of the bathroom alone I don’t think I will be going back.
This was my first time ordering from them, I choose the meats pizza for delivery. First big plus was no delivery fee, that let me give 25% to just the driver, who was very friendly and on time. The pizza was amazing, great crust, toppings all the way to the edge, and overall quality of prep 1000%. I will NEVER EVER order the other opition which is papa John's again. Great job, great food, and weekly customer for life.
