Employees are always slow as crap and they are rude and mean, and unsanitary, I see and watch multiple employees come in and out of the bathroom and they don’t even wash their hands - it’s DISGUSTING 🤢

This place has the worst drinks it doesn’t matter what you order all the drinks taste like they come out mixed with of soda the food is never hot the buns 90% of the time are hard on the edges its not just this Wendy’s with the drinks it’s every one I’ve been two maybe the need updating there fountain machines

Didn’t expect anything great, this location never is. Grilled chicken wrap wasn’t wrapped tight so when you open the wrapper, the entire thing unfolds, to show the brown and white stalks of lettuce inside. Service was faster than usual, employees too busy to be pleasant.

First off the lady at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional and made me feel rushed as I was ordering for my six person family. I got to the window and my three kids meals were not in kids meal bags with their sauce or their toys and all my meals were scrunched up into one pile as the guy handed me five scrunched up bags in one hand !!! Also got my baconnator fries barely any cheese a piece of bacon on top not ever cut or mixed into the fries and what looked like a jr fri for $4.00 +! I’m tired of coming here at night and all the employees are rude and unwilling to serve people with respect and with the proper meals!!!

How come when I order large fries I don’t either just get ketchup packages or asked if I want them? Us consumers assume they’re in the bag when we order fries. This is consistent with your place, no ketchup offers and unless asked, doesnt happen. Remember the good ole days when if fries were ordered ketchup was a given?? Apparently not

This particular Wendy's is always really fast and recently when my daughter didn't like her pineapple Frosty they did not give her a hard time about exchanging it for a chocolate one. They handle the situation quickly and gracefully and I really appreciate that.
Kid-friendliness: My kids like to order for themselves and the order takers are always friendly and patient with them. I appreciate that so much as it is helping them learn to be independent.

Pulled up at 9:06 there was one car in front of us. Here it is 9:29 and I’m still being asked to wait to order. We moved to the area two months ago and this is my 2nd try here with disappointment. Only gave it one star because I haven’t gotten food. The one star is for service and that is one start too many
