Straight up nasty! Salty, overcooked food, useless staff, and nobody cares.

A couple weeks ago I ordered a salad and got it home and it had brown lettuce throughout it. It was flat. The chicken didn’t look good. I was scared to eat it. It looked like it had been sitting for a while in the refrigerator. I know what happens to salad if you leave it sitting in the fridge too long it starts to flatten itself. So I called Back and the manager said I could make you a fresh one. Why didn’t you make it fresh to start with. so I refuse that offer because I didn’t feel good. So then she proceeded to say you can only get a refund if you bring your receipt. Well, guess what they didn’t give me a receipt. And I wasn’t driving back up there that day. So I told her to find my receipt, and when I came in, she could give me a refund. She refused to do that. She said we’ve already taken out the trash which was a lie. I know it , I just left! I called corporate which I don’t usually take things that far but I threw a whole salad in the trash and they are about 12 bucks so I’ve asked for refund nobody’s done anything about it and I want my refund and thank you.

Ok, not to be a Karen. But these folks do not give a crap about customers. I have been waiting for over 40 minutes for a take out. I have a wife and baby at home that I want to get back to. I understand things happen, but this isn’t cool at all.

I placed an online order and when I got there, they greeted me, but then proceeded to ignore me while I was waiting for my order. Turns out my order was just sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and they did not want to tell me that part of my order was not ready just because they were out of soda. I then asked for a refund for the drink because they were out of soda and the manager came up with a very rude attitude, saying they cannot do refunds

10 AM opening time. Went through drive-through waited five minutes for somebody to answer only to be told that they are not going to open until 1130 or 1145.
I’m sorry to say that Zaxby’s is on its way out if it can’t figure out how to staff its stores.

Zaxbys quality of food and employees have dropped considerably in the last few years. Ordered Blue Zalad got a Cobb salad, told them and all they did was to drizzle some hot sauce on the chicken and called it a Blue Zalad. Blue Zalads use to be deep fried and covered in Hot Sauce. Thes rest room had no soap just a brokem dispenser laying on the sink. No ice in the coke machine. I uses to eat Zaxbys 4-5 times a week. Now only every once in a while and constantly poor food and service! This was my last time ever at a Zaxbys! If you own stock in them, sell it now! They are tanking fast and will be out of business in a year! It's a shame!

Used to be a reliable place, but the last year it’s been poor management, today I went to drive thru and they told me it would take a minimum of 30 minutes, several cars left before me but I didn’t fall for it , waited 10 minutes and got the food , said they were out of slaw, tried to give me food without receipt but again didn’t fall for it , looks like it needs new management unfortunately, hope it gets fixed soon, thank you.

The establishment fell off so bad! Everyone is rude and unprofessional! Nobody works quick and 3 cars end up waiting 30 minutes just to get food! My brother witnessed a violent physical attack between 2 coworkers while trying to get food! Will be reaching out to corporate for management replacements and hopefully some corrective action! Never going here again it’s a waste of time and money

Not sure who is in charge of ordering for this location but they are usually out of so many items. Also, never expect to get your food at the actual window. They will ask you to pull into a parking space every single time...

I used to brag about this Zaxby’s how the food was always good and they where fast etc..however my last 2 visits the food was not good..then on top of it the machine where you get ice for your drinks never has ice..how does Zaxby’s make all that money but can’t get the ice machine fixed ! Hopefully they get it together cause it’s going downhill fast!

Worst Zaxby's. The last 3 times we've come it has taken 45 minutes to get 2 orders of wings and a Zalad. Today it was 47 minutes and we were literally the only ones in the restaurant.
Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at a drive thru in a long time. Waited 10 minutes to order & after we paid we sat there for another 30 & the manager didn’t seem to care either as the kids working the window were on their phones & she didn’t say anything. Also asked if we wanted to make something a meal so we did & their meal only comes with the entree & a drink. Never going back.

Yuck! I won't be back and recommend you avoid this place. I arrived early for lunch, a little after 11, assuming that would be a good time, but couldn't have been more wrong. Many tables were dirty, iced tea was spilled all over the drink area, they were out of several items, and my food took a very long time despite the restaurant being mostly empty. When my food came, the bread was burnt, the fries were few and almost entirely unseasoned, and the chicken strips were very small and chewy. Overall, the service was slow and crew seemed indifferent to me and the other customers. And, although I'm no expert, I spotted two fairly obvious health code violations almost as soon as I entered. I almost left at that point and now wish I had.
