I’ve had good experiences here before—the staff is usually friendly, and the food and drinks are solid. But during CCU games, the entire vibe changes. If you’re not part of the CCU crowd, expect to be ignored, talked over, or flat-out disrespected.

Me and my fiancé came specifically to play pool, but couldn’t even get basic service. We had to go ask for service after playing two rounds of pool. The staff seemed more focused on appeasing the student crowd than acknowledging other paying guests. It made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

When we were attempting to play pool in a crowded area where we didn’t even have a table to put or food and drink order because they were taken by the crowd for the game I went to go take a shot and I had a student move my pool stick and say “this is a bad time to play pool”…. Like, we are in a pool hall… trying to play pool and they were crowded in groups so close to the pool tables you could barely get a shot in.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here during game nights if you’re hoping for a chill night out or any level of respect as a customer. Disappointing, because this place has potential. Me and my fiancé used to come here all the time as our original date night spot in 2020 and 2021, but it is not the same anymore and it all narrows down to the respect given by the CCU crowd.
The last time we came here two years ago we had a great experience and tipped our server with $50. But that kind of service seems far fetched here now.

The customer service was poor the workers attitude was very rude and there was a lot of issues with the pins

The tall bartender, I think his name was Aaron, recommended I try the We Before Me and it was so tasty! He was very nice, and helpful with menu recommendations as a first-time visitor. My friends and I had a great time, and we will be back soon!!!!

Had my daughters birthday party here (she is 35). Turns out the Manager is a friend of hers from PA ....small world.

Filthy lanes. Sticky approaches. One of the worst kept bowling alleys I’ve ever seen. Clearly not for bowling, but just socializing and eating.

The place was okay, I will say I enjoyed the chicken with a lemon pepper dry rub

Frankie was the best server I have ever had, very knowledgeable about the drink and food menu. Frankie deserves to get a raise.

Nice cool place to hang with friends and play games and grab bite

Taylor love was a joy to have as a server. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for a good time and some great food! Anytime you come here, request Taylor as a server. Awesome night!!! Thank you taylor!

Friendly, attentive staff. Great atmosphere, food, and drinks. I had the Boubon Peach Smash, the Punch, my daughter had the Night Owl Milkshake & we had the Southwestern Egg Roll.

Jeremy and Rob were great waitstaff and bartender. We had a great time seeing The Chocolate Chip band.

Jeremy did an awesome job as our waiter. Rob helped clear the table during the music break. Will definitely be back!!!!
