As much as I love Applebee’s, tonight‘s service was awful . The lady at the bar, she don’t know how to make a drink to save her life the cook whoever the cook was my steak was burnt on one side you flip it to the other side it was burnt. I was not satisfied. was tonight service. My waiter was very nice and polite. She was just about the only thing I can speak nice about.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! My family and I all got food poisoning from this gross and unprofessional place. The hostess at the front that greeted us, rolled her eyes when we walked in and made us feel less than welcome. The floor around the bar and tables were covered in trash and the tables were stacked with old dirty dishes. We ordered several appetizers and a dessert that didn’t look good or taste the way it should like other AppleBee’s restaurants do in other areas. I understand that many places are understaffed, but this place needs to close down permanently or maybe reopen with all new staff and management that complete the brands training program IF that could really help.

We had great customer service, and good food. I split the fajitas for 2 with my wife and they tasted great. We had an order of cheese sticks for our appetizer and they were huge. Our waiter was great, he kept our drinks refilled and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted.

I don’t know if it was a honest mistake but my four cheese Mac and cheese was made with Alfredo sauce and fettuccine pasta. I also didn’t get my breadsticks. Disappointed.
We stopped in here for an early dinner on wednesday at four thirty p m. We prefer to sit at the bar and there were quite a few seats available.
The bartender came over and got our drink order which was delivered rather quickly. She took our food over and we opt not to get an appetizer.
I ordered the quesadilla salad and my boyfriend ordered the clubhouse grill with fries.
I would say within 7 minutes. My salad was delivered and it was another four minutes before the boyfriend's food was delivered, which is very upsetting when you are together in order together, but food gets delivered at separate times. My salad was good.The chicken was flavorful.I loved the corn and it tasted very fresh period the dressing was delicious.
The club was not so good.It was really cheesy, which was not melted.And just a little overpowering. The French fries came out. They were hot and I loved the way they were seasoned. I would order those again.
Our server was kind and efficient nothing outstanding, but nothing negative. And the restaurant was fairly empty. There were a group of employees that were gathered around a back table which seemed a little odd to me, that should be in the kitchen.
The silverware was delivered open on top of nap fence. I had no problem with that. But when we picked up the steak knife, which was a very, very much flimsy knife, it had clearly been burned several times and had seen better days.

This restaurant needs help. Having grown up in the food business, you can tell when management is struggling. The first thing they told us when we walked in the door is they are short staffed. I saw 7 staff members on the floor at one time. There was no sense of urgency in their movements. Either this may be status quo, or they are just low energy people. Our server was nice but had very unkempt hair, and his jeans were sagging and dirty. We came in because of TV ad, which was very appetizing. It was a long ride from Myrtle Beach. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. We will NOT be going back.

I must admit, Applebee's still has what it takes to draw a crowd for great food and a family friendly atmosphere. The staff is cheerful, the food is always hot, and the steaks are cooked to perfection. Enjoy 🏆
