Very disappointed with my waitress. Came here for an early dinner. Hostess seated me and took my drink order, brought it back about 15 minutes later waitress finally came to take my order. Waitress took my order and that was it. Someone else brought my appetizer and yet another person brought my meal. I prepared my cash to pay the bill. Had to ask another waitress about paying my bill when my waitress finally came grabbed the cash and brought back my change, wouldn't give me a receipt stating that the register doesn't print receipts for cash transactions. Didn't even give me my correct change back. My spouse who was at another Applebee's in another state was seated the same time as me and was finished eating by the time I received my food. The food was good the service was terrible! Highly doubt I will visit this location again.

Decided to give them another chance. Never again. The sirloin strip six oz……Still had gristle running through it and medium rare was tough. Guess I should be thankful it was real meat. The last time ( although not at this location) was plant based something but not meat. Done

Waitress was extremely rude, disrespectful and very mean!!!! Service was so so slow. Cannot believe how that waitress acted…. Will never go there again!!! Lastly had to change my order an hour after I placed it, they didn’t have what I ordered!!!!! I’ll be posting her name on social media as well!!!!(waitress)

We ordered DoorDash a few months ago and the food was late getting here. Part of our order was missing and the food was cold. We thought maybe that was a fluke so we decided to order again tonight. It took us two hours and 45 minutes to get our food, three DoorDashers because the other ones left because it took too long. I called the store a hour and 20 minutes in as the DoorDash was still waiting on the food and was assured they were bagging it then.The kids quesadilla was burned so hard they couldn’t eat it, the sirloin steak bourbon street was too tough to eat. We also ordered the quesadilla burger and it had no cheese on it and was very very dry. Very disappointed and what Applebee’s has become.

Visited last in late March of 2025 and had very poor service. It was not busy, with maybe 6-8 other patron groups on arrival. Our server took a good few minutes to even come over to our table. Food timing took FOREVER, I am talking well over 35 minutes for our appetizer order and then another 20-30 minutes to get our main courses, while other tables seated after us got appetizers and main courses before us. And then when this review was written, December 28th 2025, we came back hoping it’s improved, but service still slow. It was maybe twice as packed from my last visit but it still took 15 minutes before our server came, and another 20-25 minutes for our appetizer to come in while a later seated table got 2 appetizers long before us, and wasn’t checked in on to order main course until moments before the appetizer came out. The main course then took another 35+ minutes, with no regular updates on status in kitchen. And the server kept going to every single table around us that came after us instead of even taking our order so we sat there with menus for 30 minutes. Table nearby us was even complaining about the service and food quality to the supervisor.
While the food was still okay, not worth the “long wait times” in kitchen and server quality is not the best. If the servers were a little more regular with checking on your table, kitchen timing a little more faster would be better but I can only give this place at most 2/5 stars on a good day. Will not ever be coming to this location again lol.

Cooper, the hostess, is one of the kindest people I have ever met. My best friend, son and I went out to eat at Applebee’s tonight and Cooper was the star of the show. First of all, during our experience, we saw Cooper helping the servers run food, bring drinks, clean tables, sit tables..YOU NAME IT!! Any establishment would be lucky to have him as their employee. I wish him the most success and if I ever came back, it would be to see Cooper. Cooper, you rock! 😊
They were out of everything that we ordered even dessert it was the worst service I have ever had at an Applebee's this location needs to be closed

bring the old manager, bar tenders & servers back!!! now it’s just a bunch of teenagers who swear & demean to communicate. my bf used to love this spot but then they fired everyone who made it a good restaurant. we tried chilis tonight and they close at ten- weak sauce. i miss the old applebees!
