Waited 20 minutes after being sat in the bar to get a drink order. Waited 55 minutes to get an appetizer. The app sampler was soggy. The chip were burnt.

This restaurant needs help. Having grown up in the food business, you can tell when management is struggling. The first thing they told us when we walked in the door is they are short staffed. I saw 7 staff members on the floor at one time. There was no sense of urgency in their movements. Either this may be status quo, or they are just low energy people. Our server was nice but had very unkempt hair, and his jeans were sagging and dirty. We came in because of TV ad, which was very appetizing. It was a long ride from Myrtle Beach. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. We will NOT be going back.

I must admit, Applebee's still has what it takes to draw a crowd for great food and a family friendly atmosphere. The staff is cheerful, the food is always hot, and the steaks are cooked to perfection. Enjoy 🏆

Went to the Applebee's in Conway for my grandson's 18th birthday. My server Steffanine H. Was horrible. Asked for some to go boxes and she replied just a minute while she was chatting it up with the three men at the bar. Then she went and waited on another table instead of coming to us. The manager Tim must of seen I was getting aggravated and came and waited on us. He was a very nice gentleman. Just so you know Stefanie H. I'm normally a very good tipper because I work in the service industry myself. I just wish the manager would of let me tip him instead and the tip would of been a heck of a lot more than what Stefanie got Don't plan on ever going back

It took over an hour to get our food and we both ask for med steaks and both were rare the potatoes were so small and the Mac and cheese was dry bad

We went for a birthday dinner & was nicely surprised by the new drinks on the menu. My steak was cooked perfectly. Our server did her job well & we were happy with everything 😊

Had a small problem with an order but the manager handled the problem quickly.
My family ate here March 19th. Our bil came to $92 and change . The service was ok the young lady was the only waitress working so she didn't come around as much as she should have. Our food wasn't as food as it has been in the past. I wonder if someone inside is stealing. Because how is it we paid with a debit card. Charge cleared and came out and 2 weeks later we get that same exact charge from Applebee's again? Caused my account to be negative and me having to have my card replaced! If I eat here again definitely will be a cash transaction!

My husband and I drove over 40 minutes to get there since it's the closest location to us for date night. Waited 40 minutes for food(the place was NOT busy by any stretch of the imagination), only to receive my husbands food. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before I received my meal. Their first excuse was that they put my pasta order in as as side dish, then the 2nd excuse was they had a new cook. Waited another 30 minutes for a kids meal to-go after I got my meal. The waitress was nice but put in minimum effort. She took $7 off our bill for our troubles. It's safe to say that we will not waste our time and gas money to go there again.

We went this weekend for a late Valentines day celebration. It was really nice. The food was great. The service was good and the atmosphere was fantastic.

They have gone down alot in the last few years, wait staff has bad attitudes, you never see the manager unless someone is complaining. I used to love Applebee's it was my go to place . The food no longer has the seasoning and freshness it use to have. I'm really disappointed.
