Tonight I had the most polite young man. He was prompt, he was kind and he was considerate. I was having a rough night. His patience and care was beyond what was expected. Thank you. Food was good. I go into Arby's up and down the east coast. This is the first time I was charged for a side of Aujus. I wanted it so I paid it but I won't be back to this one. I don't mind spending $21.00 / $ 22.00 for 2 roast beef sandwiches fries and Shakes. But the up charge doesn't sit well. If it is your policy that's fine I just won't be back.

My favorite Arby's is on S. Thompson in Springdale. They make the best Reuben sandwiches!!! I love building up points to help me save money since I'm retired and the staff at all the Arby's that I have been to are very nice, friendly and seem to make me feel like I'm a special customer. Keep on doing what you do!!!
