Ordered two meals and a kids meal. Not that hard right? Ordered a regular chicken sandwich with just chick and got buffalo instead, asked for regular fries and got curly fries, no kids meal just chicken tenders, and all the drinks were watered down. Asked to remake drinks and they were still watered down. Never going back to that one again.

Double Beef and cheddar sandwiches (3) and each one had 1 drop of cheddar ..... very disappointing! Definitely not how they used to be. For $1 more than double regular roast beef....it sure was not worth it. Will have to check each sandwich next time before I leave.

Tried the new steak bites. There was 6 little pieces of what used to be meat in a cup. They were burned so bad they looked like charcoal. As a matter of fact I have seen charcoal with more juice. Don't be fooled by the TV advertisement, it's a joke.

Only complaint is that my sandwich was not hot ,not even warm,was just about cool and I don't live but a few blocks away. And if I'm paying $10 for a sandwich I'd like it warm at least

Tonight I had the most polite young man. He was prompt, he was kind and he was considerate. I was having a rough night. His patience and care was beyond what was expected. Thank you. It’s rare to go somewhere and come out with a positive experience. Thank you, young man. Thank you Arby’s for employing him. Service was great, food was great!
