Order beef and cheddar and mozzarella sticks. When I got to the table I had beef no cheddar and a box of half eaten nuggets when I bought my oder back to the counter a girl in back came up and said the lady served me her nuggets she was eaten. The cook in the back was swearing up a storm, telling his drinking story from last night. And one of the employees had their kid sleeping in the lobby in a little fort they made out of blankets

We came into this Arby's on Myrtle Ridge Rd. On Saturday Oct. 4th around 4pm. The Lady at the counter (Madison) didn't acknowledge us, didn't make eye contact even though she walked past us. Finally she blurted out, "what do you want"? In an angry voice. We gave her the order and paid. My wife politely said, you didn't ask us what kind of fries we wanted, I would like crinkle. This set her off. She slammed the curly fries back in the bin. We went to get our drinks and I turned around and saw her slam our bag onto the counter, then turned around and walked away. A simple " Here's your food" would have helped! "Mad" ison was extremely rude to us for no reason. We won't ever come back and will tell everyone we know.

Chicken fingers were not fully cooked (slimy and slightly pink) and I’am 6 months pregnant, I’m scared I’m going to get sick now. I ended up throwing them up behind the dumpster. Not a fun day. Not to mention they didn’t give us our straws or sauces so I had to go back in and grab them.
My wife said, "I don't know why they don't have more cars in the parking lot." I said, ' Not sure, can't be bad, they're new. Let's try." Food was fast food, nothing bad there. Then we went into the dining room, and it looked like a homeless encampment. We couldn't find a booth because two booths were taken up with blankets and pillows. Someone was sleeping in the booth, and someone else was surfing the internet with headphones on. I don't do well with weird. Fast food is fast food. However, they can't afford to be awkward.

Came 7/10/2024 @8:20pm, I order about $50 worth of food and the came through the drive thru. the order taker was sweet, didn't rush me, greeted me when i got to the window and made sure to put extra sauce in the bag. There was no line and i got my food in less that 7mins and it was all fresh! service was on point as well as the food. 10/10 experience!
