The vegetables are delicious and the fried chicken is some of the best tasting chicken I have ever eaten. Of course, both types of the barbeque are tasty. We are fortunate to have such great chefs in the kitchen and a dining room kept so clean and inviting for the customers.
Absolute GAS place! It's a little higher on price but quite good. At all, you can eat for $17.50 for dinner and $13.50 (I think) for lunch it's worth the buck. They have waiters refilling your drink without asking, which scared me at first cause this worker just took my drink and left, and I thought I just got duped, but they were just being kind. Started eating at the restaurant in Surfside in the mid 70's. Followed them to Waccamaw and found them again in Conway. Have lived in Ohio since 1977 and always stop for the best BBQ ever. Taste the same as it always had. As long as they keep cooking it we'll keep showing up..😋
