Once again go to bojangles and they mess my order up completely. Iâm usually not the one to comment on such but this is the 5 time this has happened. I canât understand why open a brand new restaurant and never get the order correct. Also when I came threw the drive threw the gentleman on the speaker acted like he had no idea on what he was doing.

Got breakfast this morning and the cashier was beyond friendly! The kitchen had my order ready before I got to the second window and the young lady at the window was so pleasant and she even gave me adequate condiments with my meal. I also tried the vanilla coffee drink and was surprised that they got it just like I like it!
Even though I had a rough day, I'm glad I started it right by coming here!
Went there the other night thru the drive thru and got my order and got home and was missing food. Called up there Abigail was nice she fixed it but the employee at the drive thru still didn't add what I had in my box

Didnât get our order completely right didnât get any fries. Got the wrong chicken tenders and a sweet tea unsweetened spicy chicken sandwich plain given to us with everything on it and then mentioned that we didnât get Or order correct they got an attitude
**This review is only for 1 menu item**If you've read my reviews you know what I'm here for...We've been to Bojangles restaurants a number of times and have enjoyed a number of items on their menu. So when I learned that Bo was throwing their hat in the BBQ ring, I knew that sooner or later this BBQ Lover was going to try it.That chance came on a Thursday evening just before 9. There was no line at the drive through, but the staff was still on their game. The team member that took my order was extremely friendly, polite and best of all, clear. I ordered the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich and a Sweet Tea. They filled the order quickly and we were on our way.The Pulled Pork BBQ was good. The BBQ was on the dry side and could've been helped by some tangy pepper vinegar sauce. I couldn't detect any hint of smoke and didn't see any bark either. To sum it up, the BBQ reminded me of good pork but from a Crock-Pot slow cooker.All in all, It's a decent addition to their menu which I would probably get when stopping at Bojangles in the future. This is a fast food restaurant, after all, specializing in chicken, I give them credit for giving me a decent additional option.
