This place has the best Bojangles biscuits in the world of Bojangles. If this is the case, why is my Bo berry biscuit burnt and drenched in icing? Is that quality, is that right? Also, is it apart of the hiring process to train people to be really good at asking you what sauces you would like but make sure they are not in the customers bags when they leave? Also, why is the chicken supreme tenders so hard they about rip your gums open? Why do we hire people who sulk and have zero customer service skill when dealing with the general public? Not a great experience. I don’t want a gift card or a refund. I want to come back to Bojangles and it be on point. Stay consistent and quick making hiring sulking people including managers cause they are the worst at night.

Unfortunately over the last several weeks we have gotten bojangles either in person, takeout, and delivered 6 different times and every single time the order is wrong either prepared wrong or missing several times. Today we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain came covered in Mayo lettuce and tomato, ordered 2 kids meals chicken legs with Mac and cheese and received fries with both, ordered 4 piece supreme combo with dirty rice received fries, ordered 2 picnic mash potatoes and received one. It’s always like this every time.

It was the weekend so the service was slow but well worth the wait.
We have a Bojangles at home and for some reason, food always taste better when I am out of town and this Bojangles location fits that!
I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich combos-one with Bo rounds and the other with Bo fries (they serve chicken and all the sides in the morning too). The food came out nice and hot and was delicious! If it wasn't for how long I had to drive, I'd order some chicken as well!
One suggestion-can you all have a Cheerwine soda option??

Cleanest, friendliest, fastest, order was perfect Bojangles that I have ever been to. Bojangles has had my business since I was a kid. In the last few years, it is more often than not a bad experience. This particular Bojangles was absolutely perfect. I felt like I was at a Chick-fil-A.
Our last couple of trips back-and-forth to the beach we have stopped at other Bojangle’s, I want to be clear. It was not this one. We have walked out after going in due to locations being dirty, service being extremely slow, 15-20 minute waits after ordering or they simply just didn’t have any food and told us that it was going to be 30 minutes to get an order.
The Bojangles on Church Street in Conway, South Carolina should be what every other Bojangles operator strives for.

Added a side of green beans to my order and when I got home, this was what I received. I paid $3 plus dollars for a basically empty bowl.

Decent food at acceptable prices. Good service, and they brought back Cinnamon Biscuits....and now they have removed them again in favor of blueberry everything. You get rid of dirty rice and seasoned fries and you are forgotten to me.
Becareful here I went there to eat a couple days ago and I heard a loud scream in the dinning room coming from the bathroom. Well a guy ran out the front door and two you ladies ran from the bathroom the work there really scared. Cops were called. So I go in there about 330pm and I mentioned to an employee what had happen and the employee that took my order said they fired one of the girls. THIS PLACE IS GETTING WORST SUPPRISED THE GM STILL RUN THAT STORE. WILL NEVER BE BACK
