The staff is always friendly at this location. The place does need a bit of a facelift or remodel. During the summer months the A/C unit broke and the staff had the doors propped open because it was actually cooler outside than inside. They do a good job with what they are dealt with at this location. Give these people an upgraded store. It always seems to be busy otherwise.

You know what. I had the best customer service experience at this business. There were 2 ladies working (from what I seen) and they were rocking that place!!!!!! OMG!!! PLEASE PAY PEOPLE BETTER AND REWARD THEM FOR HARD WORK. CORPORATE PROFITS MEAN NOTHING IF YOUR STAFF ARE OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID. THESE LADIES WERE SMILING WITH DRIVE THROUGH GOING LIKE 6 PEOPLE WERE WORKING AND THE FOOD WAS HOT!!! BLESS YOU LADIES FOR BEING A BLESSING.
This location is the grossest location ever. Rude Staff and there is no working Air condition at this restaurant. It felt like 90 degrees inside! Burger king really should just fire all of the employees and just shut this eye sore of a location down. Seriously... Why eat at a restaurant with no AC and around staff that gives you a feeling that you are not safe what-so-ever eating here???? Come on Burger King you gotta do better! This is no wonder why Mcdonalds, Wendys and even cook out is doing better!
