Please note this review is purely from a door dashers perspective and not someone that is eating the food.
I arrived at this restaurant and said to the folks at the counter that I am doordashing and there to pick up.
They said the order was not ready yet. That was the last interaction I had with them over the next 15 minutes! Mind you there was no one else in the restaurant (It was around 9:15ish in the morning) but they certainly had time to make food and take it to some of their friends waiting out in the parking lot.
In total I waited over 15 minutes for the order to be ready and it wasn't a large order at all.
I hate to think what this place is like when it's busy!

Went through the drive-through to get food for my family don’t ask any questions because you’ll get an attitude as if you work there lady taking orders in the drive-through has a poor attitude. If you can’t be nice to customers, obviously you shouldn’t work in customer service. 🙄

Long story short, I had an issue with my order. I don’t know if the app got my order wrong or it was user error but I went inside and approached the store manager Raheema about my issue. Not only did she have my order remade fresh, she hopped in the back and made it. The food turned out great and she was very kind about the whole experience. Thank you Raheema.

By far the worst establishment I've experienced not only witnessing health code violations with the cashier using her fingers to play with the piece of gum in her mouth but also when receiving my order I was given a sprite with red coloration and when i questioned it the same said cashier gave me a dirty look and stated the coloration was due to other mixtures leaking through and acted as if it was acceptable. By far unacceptable behavior and a serious health risk with contamination and malfunctioning work applieces.

I got 3 whoppers 3 cheese burgers and 3 fries kinda fast not bad for 3 hard working people that I can see thanks for feeding my family and the price about the same everywhere.
