We ordered the Caprese Salad and the Cheeseburger Pizza. The salad was okay. I've had better, but this is a pizza joint not a fine dining restaurant. The pizza on the other hand left us pleasantly surprised. Our sever was friendly and considering how packed it was we didn't wait that long to be seated. Will definitely return.

Got a chicken sub, minus bacon, added jalapeños and banana peppers. Also, ordered a house salad and a half baked cookie. The sub was cooked to perfection. The waitress came and checked on me throughout the service. However, when it came to dessert, it took 25 minutes to get something that cooks in 12-15. It seemed like the waitress forgot to grab it and tried to play it off by saying it was really hot. It was not. It was barely warm and only in the middle. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. It was not busy when I sat down as it seemed the lunch rush had just ended. I would definitely eat here again because the sub was delicious and the service was good, just not if I’m in a hurry and no dessert next time.

We were in line for about 20–30 minutes waiting for a table when a staff member directed us to a high-top table. I placed my purse on the seat and sat down, and as my husband was sitting, our server informed us that the table would instead be given to a party of eight who had not been in line long at all. Several people had arrived after us, yet the server began arguing that the other party should be seated first. It was clear she was ignoring the line and choosing which customers to seat based on what appeared to be the most profitable table.
Our party consisted of six people, and we could not understand why this was an issue. We had literally already been seated at the table. Words cannot express the disrespect and disregard shown towards us. This is not how a customer should be treated, and we will certainly not be returning. I am appalled that this establishment would hire an employee who treats customers in such a manner.
This is not the first time we have had issues at Chianti’s. Service has been declining over the past couple of years, with slow and neglectful attention—sometimes staff only checking on our table twice. Several visits have also been impacted by a strong mildew smell; on one occasion, my daughter refused to sit inside due to the odor and observed other cleanliness issues, which has led her to refuse returning altogether.
Being pulled from a table we had already been seated at, pushed to the back of the line, and having to wait even longer meant we could not provide an adequate meal for our grandchildren. During this visit, it was a busy time in town following Halloween festivities, and there were no other dining options readily available—yet this did not seem to concern Chianti’s staff or management. Management should have addressed this issue while we were there, but they did not.
This was a deeply frustrating and disrespectful experience. We will be sharing our experience verbally with the public and reporting our concerns to the proper authorities to ensure the establishment is operating responsibly. This situation is a disservice to the town of Conway, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.

Do not recommend the door advertisements have that they sale pizza,subs and salads took our waiter forever to bring our drinks out we had ppl that sat right beside us after us and they got their drinks before we did and he took our order first I ordered a Italian sub I wanted to substitute the pepperoni for turkey he said he would try to do I said if yu can't just no pepperoni I was very clear he brings our food out my 2 kids got the kids pizza they were both cold and I was given a 🥪 instead of a sub with pepperoni on it which I clearly said not to put sorry service and the food was sorry my husband's pizza was burned also we will not be back!!!!

We enjoyed the food and great location by the river walk
We went on a very busy Halloween season night. Long wait to get seated but that was to be expected. The server was super nice and checked in with us several times despite being very busy. We were not crazy about the pizza or the beer being served in throw away plastic cups.

So pleased with this establishment! We did an impromptu visit to Halloween Town this past weekend. All restaurants were packed or not taking any walk ins. Chianti’s had a system where the wait was not to long. Got us in with in 20 minutes! Drinks, pizza and service was amazing!! A definite must! Thank you!

Waited nearly 90 minutes for them to tell us there were still tickets ahead of us, yet multiple tables who sat after us were getting food no problem. Finally after waiting nearly 2 hours our pizza came out cold. COLD after 2 hours of waiting?! Unacceptable. No acknowledgement from the server, no apology for the extra wait. Quite frankly it seems like they forgot to put in our order and didn't own the mistake. There may not be alot of choices to dine at in the area, but the service here is so dreadful don't bother.
