Being hurried to finish our meal so they can use the table for another party isn't my way of good service. Try some place else.

Loaded Potato Pie was so-so and way too expensive for what i ordered. Waiter was great and we ate outdoors, so no complaint there.

Worst service/experience I’ve had in Conway. We arrived at 5:20, ordered about 5:30… multiple tables ordered at the same time as us. We ordered 3 pizzas. Everyone that ordered at the same time as us received their food, ate and left … one table came after us ordered, ate and we still did not have our food. I should mention the waitress never checked on us in the hour we waited, until I said what is going on ?! I asked to speak to the manager, she said she told them we wanted to speak to her, but she was at the bar and busy and would come when she could….. she never came. The waitress then said they were going to cook it on the fly, after we had been waiting over an hour already, we left. I’ve been here before and the service was good. This visit was unexcusable . If your behind okay, but why did everyone else eat and leave . The waitress had no regard for the situation, wasn’t apologetic and was defensive. Zero stars.

Excellent Food!! Great service!
It took 45 minutes for a Caesar salad!! It has been over an hour and we have not received our food!! Several tables came in after us and got their food almost instantly. Us?! Nothing. Our server repeatedly came to our table to refill our drinks and said that our food will be out shortly…over the course of 1 whole hour. Food was good when it eventually came.
P.s. Our server was Jennifer.

Very unprofessional. And it's not first time, after a while tried to give this place another chance today, and they didn't disappoint with their poor service. Servers ignore people at the table while chatting and not doing their work. I am not demanding, yet worked in the sphere and know, each guest is to be seen and helped the best way possible.

Although we did not eat went for drinks already ate. Great establishment, I'm sure we'll be back for food. Love the decor and the Munsters pinball and old school arcade games. Roomy outdoor seating.

Can’t speak on the food as we left before we got a chance to eat. Should really be more prompt with cleaning tables when you have the sign saying to seat yourself. Waited for 10 minutes before leaving.

We came to "Halloween Town" to see the town all decorated for our daughter's birthday and stopped into Chanti's for dinner. The atmosphere was exciting and upbeat, the food was delicious and because the pizza roller was being maintained, the crusts were tossed by hand. We want to send kudos out to our server, Harleigh. She was fantastic! She was upbeat and conversational and made the best half and half sweet tea. We appreciated having her as our server for the night. Thank you Harleigh for making our night special!

Cool place in a great location. Welcoming and comfortable. There are outside eating areas in front and back. We sat at the bar with Corinda (sorry if I misspelled) who is very good at her job but should have had some help. We ordered beers. I got the 3 meatball appetizer which was very good, love the marinara. They are a tad bigger than a golf ball, so $4 each. My wife got a Neapolitan pizza and she shared a slice. We cannot remember a worse pizza and we're including grocery and convenience stores. It was underbaked, limp, disgusting and $11. Perhaps our timing was bad because just before ours came from the kitchen a man picked up 16 pizzas to go. Still, I would never have paid for it - I wouldn't have served it. Nice place but I can't recommend it at all.
