Conway resident here and I love Chick fil a been coming here for years BUT this location isn’t as good at the rest of the chick fil a in the 843. Conway really need to do better with the quality of their fries and chicken it’s always to small and greasy and the fries too. Just take some notes from Murrls inlet and surfside and 501. Y’all can be better.

Chick-fil-A is always so consistently excellent. They sandwiches, the nuggets, the tenders and the fries. Awesome choices and friendly service. You can always put near the top of your choices of places to visit.

I usually love coming to this Chick-fil-A and I usually have such great service but today was not that day when I was in the drive-through ordering my food the girl that was taking my order gave me the most nastiest look after I said what I wanted. She just stopped and paused and looked and looked at me like I did something wrong. She clearly was making fun of me. If you see a girl that looks mean she probably is a mean girl. Mr Bobby was the best employee. We sure enjoyed our visit and talk to him. He and other staff made sure we had drink refills etc. Nice place to eat.

Ordered a grilled club sandwich on 2/4 plus a gluten free bun since I can't eat gluten. Got home to find a regular chicken sandwich and no gluten free bun. So not only did not have a bun I could eat, but I also couldn't eat the chicken because it was breaded. Called Chick-Fil-A 5 times over 24 days and never heard from the store. Check your order while you're still in line.

At this location you have to do a bag check before driving away with your order. Nearly every time I order from this location they forget something. Sometimes it is straws for our drinks and other times it is a 30 count family meal. It is disappointing after a long day to have to jump through extra hoops to get the food you ordered and paid for because management doesn't want to do their job.
