Breakfast was terrible. The wraps were hard and the fruit cup was nasty. The pineapple pieces in the cup were the core. The apples were brown and one of the pieces looked like it was bitten and put back in the cup. Almost $30 down the drain. I don’t mind spending money on food but it should at least be good. This one definitely needs new management or new help.

Chick fil A is a great example of customer service. They really know how to do it right. The service is excellent, the food is always good. Other fast food chains really do need to learn from them. I highly recommend. Now I plan on enjoying my spicy chicken sandwich you should do the same.

Great place for young kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Navigating the drive thru and the double door is tricky, but there are adequate ramps. There is spacing to sit wheelchair at table.

It's usually the small details that when overlooked leave a negative impression on a guest. This us what happened tonight and has happened repeatedly in the past with your store. My wife initially ordered a chicken wrap with no cheese, we were told that the store was out of lettuce and wraps could not be made up. So my wife changed her order to an 8 count nugget meal and asked for 8 pickles to go with that order. I then ordered a grilled deluxe meal, which I expected to be missing lettuce since the wrap couldn't be made. When we got to the pickup area and received our order it was missing the pickles, although they were on the order sticker, and my sandwich did have lettuce. While the wrap issue was new tonight, the side of pickles is usually missed consistently.I've told this story to say this one thing, impress upon your stuff the importance of accurately filling each order each time. Consistency you have down pat, you consistently forget the pickles.
The last few times I’ve gone to pick up breakfast the basic chicken biscuit is smaller and dry. And this time I didn’t get it at all! I only got my husbands breakfast. Don’t they check to make sure it’s all there? Also, it’s obnoxious that they decide to cut corners on the main thing they sell. I won’t be going back.
