I had an awful experience yesterday with chipotle. I walked up , and the lady looked absolutely annoyed. Not even a smile , awful service. I asked her for extra rice and she puts two little dinky scoops. And I said can I please get extra rice and the face she made just astonished me. None of these workers had any customer service skills. They all were rude. And then a man next to me asks the general manager a question and she’s giving him attitude! I’m like wow. This place is garbage. Worst service ever. I could not believe the general manager , she definitely shouldn’t be one ! Rude people. Never going to this chiptole ever again .

The restaurant on Hwy. 501 in Conway, SC needs help. When it first opened it was top notch. But now, there needs to be an exorcism and retraining of the staff. Why are the chips stale? Why do the staff believe that if we ask for extra, the food will come from their pantries/fridges? For the price, we expect prompt service. There are plenty of restaurants in the area who appreciate regular business. It will be a long time before I chance going to this one again.

Me and my friend came in on Saturday around like 5, we got our food and went home and now me and her both have food poisoning. I’m pretty sure it’s from cross contamination, but we have been sick on our stomachs for 3 days. The guy at the first station (to pick a bowl or burrito) was super nice, and then the gentleman at the cash register was nice. Everyone else was rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. And also I got the vinaigrette to go on it and they skimped me so hard. Not even enough for half a bowl. This place needs to be inspected to prevent this from happening again.

Terrible Customer Service & Faulty Packaging
I ordered a bowl from this Chipotle, and the paper bag they gave me had a tear in the bottom. As I was walking, the food fell out and spilled everywhere. When I went back to explain what happened, I showed them a picture of the mess, brought back what was left in the bowl, and even showed them the ripped bag. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a simple remake of my food. Instead, I was told there was “nothing they could do” because it “wasn’t their fault,” even though it was their bag that caused the issue.
Accidents happen, but good businesses take care of their customers. Apparently, this location doesn’t. Really disappointing experience, and I won’t be back.

We walked in the door 1.5 hours before closing, yet for some reason all workers at the counter gave extremely dirty looks to my friends. We waited forever at the counter, and a girl with glasses making my food was VERY disrespectful to each of us without any reason. I love this chipotle but customer service is important…. Get it together
Every time I’ve ever been here, they claim to be out of something I want to order. This time it was pico and as I was paying, I watched the mobile orders getting made with PLENTY of pico. I like to eat my chips with it so I jokingly asked if I could get a side of it, and the employee replied “yeah, no” with a dead look in her eye. Also the chips are stale.
Rude stuff, dirty, I was starving but I ended up troweling it. And very small portion….

This location has friendly staff however, they are constantly out of multiple items. Tonight when we got home my fiancé is eating his brisket when he bites down on this ROCK HARD piece. It was so hard he thought it was bone! The piece is also super sharp as well!! I included a photo and if I was able to post a video I deff would because it sounds like a marble hitting the lid! Definitely not safe!! So beware! There seemed to be a new staff member and I understand a new job can be nerve wrecking but with the portions she was giving it won’t be long until someone says something rude. everyone on line had to keep repeating for her to scoop more items because of how little she was picking up on the spoon. We are chipotle lovers so it is unfortunate that this happened at the location closest to us. Overall this location needs A LOT of work!

Food was delivered, filled with some sort of liquid and there was nothing they can do but order me a free meal voucher or to call corporate to get a refund . Was told they do not have the ability to resend an order that was submitted through their website, not even through DoorDash or Uber eats.

I cant give a 5 because I was given a wrong item when they literally make it on a line directly from the customer, no idea how that happens. BUT, after driving home and back, Shadae (Im sorry if I spelt that wrong) remade my order for me with no hassle. That's customer service.

I usually do not write reviews, but I am continuously underwhelmed by this establishment. To start, I ordered online while my friends ordered in person. My friends walked up and they were out of chicken, steak, and brisket. The five minute wait for chicken turned into 20. My friends started eating and realized something was off with their meals, lettuce was bad and chicken was burnt. I was at this point still waiting for my food 30 minutes since I had ordered and 20 minutes since it said it would be ready. When I finally received my meal it was missing salsa and black beans, basically a mixture of cheese and sour cream. I was appalled. Not to mention the disgusting utensil station, completely out of everything, ice tray and trashcan overflowing, and they were out of juice. I’ll update if this trip results in food poisoning (i have a good feeling it will!)

Honestly, say this is probably the worst location I have ever been to. The manager Matt was completely disconnected. They did not have steak out and nothing was being cooked on the grill for the Frontline Said they were working on a catering order and he was sitting in his office the entire service area was completely filthy. The grill was disgustingly dirty. Regional management really needs to go in there and make a change.

Literally eat here every week, but it was a huge let down tonight. Wasn’t as busy as usual, so figured service would be great. First, there were not black beans, so I settled for pinto beans instead not a huge deal. My wife and I were excited to finally reach enough points for a free entree….and we were really in a chip and queso mood tonight too. Cashier told us everything was in the bag and to have a great night. Went home, there were no chips in the bag which is really one of the reasons we went there in the first place. We drove back to Chipotle to get our chips and the same cashier looked confused as to why we were back. My wife asked for another bag of chips for the inconvenience of driving back etc. Every one behind the counter looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders like they didn’t understand. As a former manager of a similar business, I know that one bag of chips for an issue is not a major problem when making a customer satisfied. One improvement that this store could fix is customer service. Needless to say, we are going to give this store a break and go elsewhere to receive better service like El Patio a mile down the road.
