Didn’t have steak available at 6:30pm on 12/23?!?? Isn’t that protein one of the two only reason people eat here? Staff appear to hate their jobs, portion sizes are too small, and price keeps going up? Rather spend 40 bucks at a grocery store and make something good, than 40 for 3 people and still be hungry afterwards. I’m an average 6 foot 170 lb male and I could eat two of these half size bowls.

DO NOT COME HERE! The food here is terrible. Not even exaggerating. The portion size they give is little to none so every thing u say you want u have to ask them to put a little more. An even then they will give you the littlest amount. On top of that the food doesn’t even taste good. Been here 4x and got chicken and the chicken either taste very chewy and very hard and has no taste. It’s never perfect. The rice is ALWAYS under cooked so it’s hard. Worst of all. One of the older employees coughed disgustingly into there hands and then proceeded to touch mine and everyone else’s bowl after. I HIGHLY suggest you go to the chipotle near the mall towards the beach. It’s way cleaner. The food taste way better. And you actually get your moneys worth of a portion

Always dirty tables, portion size is super small even if you get double portion of meat. They throw one barely full scoop and do it so fast so by the time it lands in your bowl it’s halfway empty. If you start complaining they offer you to double the portion and throw another halfway empty scoop at your bowl. According to the restraints policy, double portion of meat should exceed 8oz, their portion in best case scenario will be 5-6oz. Management not super friendly either, overall pretty bad

Splurged on myself and ordered doordash, horrible horrible idea. Paid $33 for the worst bowl i’ve ever had. Tasted like vinegar was dumped all over it, chips were sour and stale, cheese was hard and gritty. Waste of my money, sad I didn’t get something else.

This Chipotle has multiple burned out streetlights in their parking lot area. I approached their night manager months ago about them and pretty much blamed the corporate office. They are still burned out 8 months later !!! This store is in a college town ( #coastalcarolinauniversity ) The college has done squat about it so I'm reporting it to Corporate and the college administration tomorrow.

The dining area of the restaurant was dirty. It looked like the tables had not been cleaned in a while, and there were little bits of food all over the place, underneath the tables. The people ho made my food were ok, but the food was way below what I expected. The taste of the chicken and steak bowl is got was almost bland, and the chips I got with my order were stale. I didn't have the time to go back to the restaurant, so I ended up throwing some of my food in the trash at home. I probably won't go back to thos location.
Went in for the new steak bowl. I might have gotten 4-5 pieces of meat and barely a spoon full of rice and beans. Rip off for 14$. They need to look at the bowl in their tv commercials. That i would gladly pay 14 for. What you get is 1/4 to 1/3 the amount

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to the workers are rude. The food is one of the worst tasting foods I’ve ever had a chipotle and the top it all off. I’m lucky to get five pieces of chicken.
