At 9:00 I came to chipotle on 501 near ccu and I didn’t bother to look in my back because why would there be use bandages and as I’m wrapping up my burrito I open the back and found “USED BANDAGes” like are you SURIOUS!!!! This is unacceptable and very unhygienic and The people that worked there don’t even look like they even wanna work there it’s all sloppy and a mess very very unprofessional April,4 ,2024

I come in 40 minutes before they close and i try to order a burrito and their was tall white giraffe look alike kid working on my burrito and so I ask him to put a little more rice because he put half a spoon and so he put another half a spoon and then when I tell him to put more he tells me we are about to close so hurry up and throws my burrito around in a disrespectful and rude manner. So I left without the burrito I was very mad this white male should be fired! I own a couple restaurants and i would never hire a boy like to this to work for me!

They should update their hours to reflect that it's online orders only, if they're not going to be fully open during posted business hours. I drove out in the rain and the lobby was closed. I don't want another app on my phone just to get some beans and rice. :/

The Conway restaurant is much better than the myrtle beach location. MB was so bad I wasn't going to go back, but after a few weeks I decided to give the Conway location a try and it was more like what I've come to expect. only complaint is that it was extremely loud with the employees carrying on.

When I went inside 20 minutes til closing, the cook with the curly hair in a ponytail on March 1st around 9:20 PM was extremely rude laughed at me as I walked out because they put all the meat up. Very unprofessional.

worst experience ever. waited 20 minutes because they were out of chicken, steak, brown rice, and chips. many people in there were waiting for their mobile orders for over an hour. the workers were yelling at each other and giving attitude towards customers when asking when the food will be done.

$doordash 1 burrito and 2 burrito bowls over $70 , $80 with tip steak would make good doggie chew toys and forgot the fajita veggies. Trashed it and cooked dinner. First and last chipotle
