The food is great. I really missed Cook Out when I lived in MD for 3 yrs. My only complaint is how they don't have bags. No matter how much food you order they'll just hand you a greasy tray through the drive through window orhand you a tray to carry out in your hands while fumbling a drink, condiments, napkins, and cutlery. It's hard to pull out your car keys with your hands full of all that. The young ladies who work the counter are great otherwise!
Jamie was our hostess. We didn’t have any experience with CookOut. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She volunteered to walk us through the menu to ensure we ordered exactly what we wanted for the best deal. She walked the floor to ensure we were more than satisfied. What wonderful service!!!! She’s a gem!! Thank you!!!
Devon L front of house staff was absolutely incredible the sheer amount of comfort and acceptance she radiated was 10/10 it felt like going to a family cookout she was so helpful and patient we had a group of 5 adults and 3 kids and had no idea of the menu but she was so patient and helpful she answered all of our questions and helped us make decisions literally one of the best interactions I’ve ever had at any restaurant not to mention manager Jamie really engages with her...
