Nothing like working all day and wanting lunch or dinner just so you can pay upcharges for things that never make their way to your meal. Learn what veggies are or take them off the menu. I could order a kids meal if all I wanted was bread.

I went to the Madison Tn location today at 1:50. Gave the drive thru cashier my debit card and she never gave it back to me. I was still at the window waiting for her to give it back to me and she said have a nice day. I pointed out that I didn’t get my receipt or debit card back. She handed me my receipt and said that she didn’t have my debit card. I searched my vehicle while still at the window and it wasn’t in my vehicle which I already knew. I once again asked for my debit card back and she acted like she looked for it but couldn’t find it. I froze my card and went inside and spoke to the manager and requested that he pulled the video footage, he stated that only corporate could pull the video. I asked for the phone number to corporate, the manager gave me the phone number. When I called the phone number he gave me it was just a recording for a medical alert device. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Their employees are not honest and think it’s okay to steal their customers debit cards!!

Tonight my experince was very dissapointing, I went to order a huge steak style cheesburger only to find out they no longer offer a huge. They gave me a big double which the patties were not as big as a regular burger and still charged me charged me the double price. It looks as if the prices are increasing and the portion size is decreasing. Good luck if this continues.... This was at a location in High Point, NC.

I came through the drive through on my way back home and asked for a tray with the sides of onion rings and cheese bites. I get my food, check it and only have onion rings. So I went back through, then the worker took the tray and removed all of the onion rings and gave it back to me with an order of cheddar cheese bites. Then I had to tell her that I had ordered 2 sides that were different not a double up. She told me if I wanted the onion rings back I needed to give her the cheese bites back. I also had a water added to my order that I asked about and she told me it rings up as $0.00 and I asked her why it was on the bill and she said “Because I put it on there, ma’am” I appreciate the manners but it was very condescending. So I had to end up paying $4 to keep the cheese bites that I had originally asked for because she had put too many in the bag. She told me I couldn’t have 8 onion rings with the cheese bites. So I just paid the difference and out of curiosity counted the onion rings (there was 6). I don’t care to pay the difference since it was a larger portion, but all of the back and forth was unnecessary. And the attitude. Very disappointing. Felt like she wanted me to just shut up and drive off so she could move on to a new customer but there was 1 other car in the drive through besides me, it wasn’t busy. Anyways, this was my first time having cookout in over a year. The food is good, but the service was horrible. Customer service plays a big role in this industry, and you never know what others are going through. So thank you Bessie, for serving me but next time I’ll go to Chick-fil-a instead.
