The absolute worst Fast Food pleace ever. Dirty, slow, and can't get any orders right!
Jamie is the best, she always makes the football players feel welcome after the games. The food is great as well.

Great new Cook Out location. The trays are a great value and plenty of options for everyone. This location has plenty of seating and the staff were cleaning quickly after people left. Normally I would not take the time to review fast food.

Ordered a BBQ sandwich, Ranch Wrap, and Onion rings and a sweet tea, which I thought was on the $7.69 tray meal. They said ended up charging me separate for each. Which ended up being near double. Went to ask after I took a bite, and they said they could do nothing since I had already been eating. You figure the Manager would have come out, but no.

Always have problems at this location whenever I visit once every now and then due to food made incorrectly and horrible customer service when problem is addressed.

Cookout Cajun chicken sandwiches are basically a staple in my diet so I just say this to the crew working Friday 10/11/24 late night shift: yall straight knocked it outta the park for real!!! From food to service to fast drive thru time. Okay but that sandwich.. I wish I got 5 more ?? please whoever you are, if you ever decide to leave this location please leave a successor!

Went to Cookout for the first time last night at Loyola Dr Myrtle Beach, and we’re excited to try it for the first time. Ordered through the drive through. Got home and everything we had spent $20 on was wrong. There wasn’t one thing that was correct. I guess this place is not different than any other fast food. Will never go back.
Visited the 600 Bush River Rd, Columbia, SC 29210 location on 09/01 at 9:30 pm. My order came to $27.14, the cashier ran my card for the amount. It went through on my end, however, the cashier stated the transaction was cancelled. She had given us our food, no drinks, but she ran my card for the remaining $6.45 I had left on my account. I explained it had gone through on my end already. She then called someone else over, who said we needed to pay the remainder of the $27.14 that we had already paid? I asked if there's anyone I could contact in case the first payment did go through and get my money back. He ignored my question, said I can show him my money went through all day long, but I still needed to pay the remainder. Told us to pull to the front until we figured it out. We took our 3 trays for $33.59 without ANY drinks, and went home. I emailed customer service, and had me call their number to get coupons for our next meals. My partner visited this location again on 09/20/24 at 1:40 am. He gave the coupons from the previous issue to be redeemed, one for a full meal and another for a shake. He ordered 2 full meals, 1 with a shake and 1 with a fountain drink. The lady at the window was the same one who charged our card twice last time. Mckenzie made a snarky remark such as "is this card going to cover it all this time?" And swiped his card for full price $18.68, even though she had taken the coupons, but had not applied them. now this is twice we have been overcharged for our orders. Can we please just get our money back?? I wish to no longer deal with this restaurant chain if this is how customers are allowed to be treated. I gave the girl some grace the first time in hopes that maybe it was just the machine, but now it seems she is doing it on purpose. Please just let us have our money back. I hope no one else has had to deal with something like this. I've added photos from the first time when we were charged twice, and the receipt from last night. I also saw more reviews about this particular cashier, and I'm sorry but with how many times she has swiped people's cards more than once, how does she still work here?! Proof that cookout does not care about their customers, and I get it, it's just another fast food chain. But the fact that you still have the same person without fixing her attitude or work ethic truly amazes me. It's just another big coorporation that does not care. I hope ya'll have a better day than you deserve.

Store 319 is awesome. Every time I go in, they are polite courteous.They are fast. This is the cheapest place for my family at 42 eat and I love coming here on my way home from work couldn't ask for Experience out of fast food restaurant

So I like the food here and also the prices compared to other places. They also have a lot of choices. The only thing I would really change is the hamburger patties could be bigger.

Tod the store manager was amazing the food was delicious all staff members were friendly and helpful. It was my first time at this location and I will be returning. Thank you!
