food has been poorly put together all week closing shift, I visit this location 3+ times weekly when I get off work at 2am so I know when the quality is not there. My bacon wrap tortilla was literally black and burnt tonight and thrown poorly together like it was last night.

Foods always fresh, prices are always on point, the staff is always friendly. I could eat here 5 days a week I swear haahaha. Cookout needs to come out with s breakfast menu! Choice of breakfast sandwich on bread, biscuit, tortilla or bagel. Then side items, hash, tater tots, French toast stix, mini pancakes. Im telling you yall would shut down every other fast food chain around

Newport News store. Wife and I are out on a date night and go to the drive thru for milkshakes. Listening to the voice a guy is taking my order and after mentioning the first item he stops and says is that all. Basically I’m interrupted then a lady takes over so I start the order from scratch and she to interrupts me before I can even finish mentioning the first item so again I start the ordering from scratch and I ask her to let me finish speaking and wouldn’t let me. I did make it known by changing the tone of my voice that I was not happy with her interrupting me. Also they must have done something with their headsets while I was at the order screen because a loud noise came from the ordering screen and now I have pain in my left ear because the noise was too loud. As we proceeded to the window we picked up our milkshakes and paid for them. We were only given straws and no spoons for our milkshakes. Not sure if it was deliberate or if the store was out of stock on spoons but that made our date night less enjoyable since we had to use our straws as spoons on fresh frozen milkshakes. Il still go to cookout but not the Newport News location until the female employee improves her attitude towards customers.

I've just moved to the Florence Al area. and for some disgusting reason this store thinks it's funny to fly the American flag upside down. I find that offensive to our public servants and service members both active and retired. What's worse is that I contacted corporate and nothing has been done.
I would definitely recommend this place cause their cheese burgers are so dang delicious and when i come back to visit i would be pulling up at their window to..

Nothing like working all day and wanting lunch or dinner just so you can pay upcharges for things that never make their way to your meal. Learn what veggies are or take them off the menu. I could order a kids meal if all I wanted was bread.
