Domino's Pizza in Conway

“I almost gave this three stars simply because my order was delivered much too early and was left outside the school on the ground, it then got stolen by other kids since the guy that delivered it didn’t bring it into the office. It was bad customer service. What saved the review is a woman named Susan. She’s delivered us pizza twice and both times she has been polite, she arrives to the school quickly and isn’t argumentative. The remade ticket left our drinks off and she personally made sure we got them after the guy failed to show up. She went above and beyond to make sure we got our correct order and was friendly the whole way. I’m not sure if all the other workers act like the guy but I hope this dominoes gives her either a raise or a promotion for her excellent customer service.“

“This particular store on 501 is A+. If there is issue, they fix it immediately with no issues. The food is always hot and delicious. My twin and i usually order late, and they are always accommodating. The wings are my favorite. My only complaint is I wish we can order extra mushrooms in the pastas. Excellent all around.“

“I have been a customer of the Domino's pizza on 501 in Conway for 5 years now. We ordered from there at least 2 times a week. That Domino's shut down for a bit to have some work done so we started going to the Domino's on 544. I will never go back to the domino's on 501 again . I can honestly say that the Domino's on 544 is absolutely the best Domino's pizza I have ever had. We live one stop light down from the Domino's on 501 but..I would rather the inconvenience of driving to 544 versus the convenience of 501 (and what I used to think was good pizza) !!“
