Worst service EVER! I ordered on the app, went to pick up through the drive through like I selected on the app. I rang the bell, no one even looked. I waited about 5 minutes, a driver returned and asked me what order I was there for. He came back said a few more minutes. That driver left, the next driver come in 7 mins later. Came to the window, told me half my order fell off the in the oven. And it would be another 7 mins before the pizza was out the oven. I asked if I can pay for the order, and won't my other food get cold? That driver said he would get someone to take my payment then they would run the order out. NO ONE ever came I waited 5 mins, then drove off and went to Sbarro's. Had a pizza in 15 mins, no issue. Hopefully management will read this and reach out. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

This particular store on 501 is A+. If there is issue, they fix it immediately with no issues. The food is always hot and delicious. My twin and i usually order late, and they are always accommodating. The wings are my favorite. My only complaint is I wish we can order extra mushrooms in the pastas. Excellent all around.

Very rude management, dirty they don’t use gloves to serve and prep pizza, I hope they remember to wash their hands after bathroom. The app sent message that pizza ready when in reality, it is a lie and management does not even decency to be apologetic about that.

I order from Domino's all the time. It's not the very best pizza, but it's always consistent. However THIS is awful. On what planet is this extra ham and extra mushrooms? It's not even warm and the crust is already hard. Nevermind it taking over an hour on a Sunday during off-season. Come on guys!!!
Went to pick up pizza they had no order for me ? I drove 30 minutes in traffic to be told sorry we don’t have any order for you!!! I was piss—-d How would you feel? My family is waiting for dinner we have plans for tonight!!!!!!!
