Slowest pizza place ever. We called to ask carry out time they said 11 minutes. Placed the order through the app it said ready so we drove there and still waited 25 minutes in the car with my kids who are exhausted and ready to eat dinner. Husband waited inside for the pizza and he said no one was doing there job. Go elsewhere.

We had the lovely experience of being ran out of our turning lane by one of your delivery drivers. Hand on the horn not stopping for anything. My 2-year-old was in the back and I could say that's her life is far more important than whatever pizza they were carrying. I will be making an appearance and speaking with one of your managers to see if the driver is reprimanded in any way because this is just unacceptable.

Not really sure what happened here but we ordered 3 pizzas- 2 were fine. The thin crust pepperoni pizza was a disaster....looks like maybe someone dropped it, braked really hard and it shifted? no idea.
Worst service EVER! I ordered on the app, went to pick up through the drive through like I selected on the app. I rang the bell, no one even looked. I waited about 5 minutes, a driver returned and asked me what order I was there for. He came back said a few more minutes. That driver left, the next driver come in 7 mins later. Came to the window, told me half my order fell off the in the oven. And it would be another 7 mins before the pizza was out the oven. I asked if I can pay for the order, and won't my other food get cold? That driver said he would get someone to take my payment then they would run the order out. NO ONE ever came I waited 5 mins, then drove off and went to Sbarro's. Had a pizza in 15 mins, no issue. Hopefully management will read this and reach out. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

This particular store on 501 is A+. If there is issue, they fix it immediately with no issues. The food is always hot and delicious. My twin and i usually order late, and they are always accommodating. The wings are my favorite. My only complaint is I wish we can order extra mushrooms in the pastas. Excellent all around.
