We had two ice coffees, the first one was pretty good but the second one was so awful and bitter, we asked to get more cream in it and pumpkin but it still wasn’t good, I was better off getting a refund instead.

It never fails with this place. I ordered a simple wake up wrap and a coffee. They make me pull up to the trash can while they make it. They finally hand to me, its a bacon egg and cheese crossoint. I should have known something was up when the driver before me had to turn back around.

Pulled up, nobody in line. I ordered a medium ice coffee, very Simple. By the time I pulled up (30 seconds if that), she had managed to mess up my order. I then waited, and waited, and waited. She kept playing with the computers and taking to her coworkers, but still getting nowhere. This isn't the first strike, it's the last. WORST DUNKIN IN SC. Never again.

I come to this location five days a week. I never have an Issue with my food or donuts normally my coffee is a thing that gets messed up, but not often. I just wish they had friendlier people at the drive-through, especially when I am there so often. The manager is very friendly very nice. Just the ladies on the drive-through need to have a better attitude.
