they are doing a terrible job at keeping their coffee fresh after 12pm. this is the 3rd day in a row at this specific location that their coffee was to dark and tasted like burnt up coffee. you know it’s burnt when you get cream and the coffee is dark as heck. do better the dunkin on church street will be gaining a new customer you guys lost one.

Good luck with getting what you want they never have anything in Stock and always tell you no one is there to make what you want don't understand how you can have an item on your menu and in the title of of your business name but never have anything prepared or able to prepare for customer don't see how they stay in business

This place used to be really good but it has really gone downhill in these last few months. We will just drive the extra distance for another location. The donuts are always stale and the workers have attitude. I asked for a chocolate milk and they charged me for it and handed me a cup with milk and chocolate syrup and said they were out of the bottles of chocolate milk?? I also used to go there a lot for a peach sunshine drink but it is always flat and when I ask for a replacement, they are extremely rude about it.

I go here every day. They know me by name and always greet me with a smile. Never had an issue with my order. Highly recommend!

This location is the slowest spot around. Always have to wait for mobile orders at minimum 15min. Missing something or it's wrong every time we come here.

This location keep getting worse. My "hot" coffee was cold. Wake up wraps were also stale and one was burnt. Not a good start to the morning. $30+ worth of disappointment. Please rehire the people that were there when this place first opened.

Conway native here first time going to this Dunkin and gotta be honest pretty disappointed in the food. Hashbrowns were very greasy and honestly disgusting(hardly gave me any too) Donut look like it just got dropped on the floor not presentable at all. Looked like a bunch of lazy kids standing around in the kitchen so I know ZERO love went into the food part. Coffee was ok I guess. Nice older lady at window.

Love this place, BUT PLEASE someone needs to direct traffic on busy mornings… no one knows how to use the parking lot. They are parking where you are supposed to loop around the building, causing everyone to be stuck in the parking lot. Definitely a HUGE safety issue. I hate not being able to leave in the morning because no one realizes they can shift into the second lane. They l pile up in the first lane. PLEASE have someone direct the people it will make things so much smoother! Rant over.
Quality at this location is very far downhill it's already a junk food store now it's bad quality too and that is upsetting in our little town. We don't have a whole lot so the least you could do is shine for us. Hopefully things improve until then I feel two stars as maximum. Also the trash is overflowing all over the ground and the food is usually cold taste like it just came out from under the sink or just reached its expiration date yesterday. The coffees are watered down.

I had gotten a large coffee colada and all I did was put my straw in. If the machine needed more mix I would have been more than willing to get a different beverage. This specific Dunkin’ keeps going further and further down. It’s a shame to see businesses with people who just don’t care anymore!!!

Always some dude hanging outside in one of the seats he may be homeless or waiting for an employee to get off work. He definitely be loitering there. Usually he on phone cussing and talking about weed
