I come to this location five days a week. I never have an Issue with my food or donuts normally my coffee is a thing that gets messed up, but not often. I just wish they had friendlier people at the drive-through, especially when I am there so often. The manager is very friendly very nice. Just the ladies on the drive-through need to have a better attitude.
Conway native here first time going to this Dunkin and gotta be honest pretty disappointed in the food. Hashbrowns were very greasy and honestly disgusting(hardly gave me any too) Donut look like it just got dropped on the floor not presentable at all. Looked like a bunch of lazy kids standing around in the kitchen so I know ZERO love went into the food part. Coffee was ok I guess. Nice older lady at window.
We had ordered donuts and the frosting had melted, went back and they replaced my order with no questions asked. The sweet girl at the front with the braces was very accommodating and had a positive and nice attitude.
