Waited forever to get to the window and they didn’t even send it out right. When we asked they had disgusting attitudes towards us….. coffee also gross n grilled cheese was burnt. Might as well take building down and build something better there

Literally go to Dunkin almost every day love the Dunkin on 501 by Carolina Forest but for some reason, this one is always very disappointing. My coffee was burnt. The espresso was disgusting. You couldn’t taste the cookie butter. My cold brew was not shaken all the serve it a very bottom it was gross. The hot coffee was like completely forgot the French vanilla. The girl at the window was sweet. The food and donuts were fine, but the coffee was gross

This place is by far the disrespectful place to go to because u can’t go there and get a coffee without people assuming that ur doing something wrong when in reality ur just there for coffee. Like how do yall even feel when u go home how badly yall treat people and employees. This place needs a reality check or something needs to happen cuz it’s not right to make a customer feel uncomfortable when all we want is are coffee.

Just a suggestion. When someone has a huge order. (The gray Honda crv) maybe they can go in or move aside for their order to be brought out to them. 18 min is too long to wait in drive thru.

Never again at this Dunkin Donuts!! 10 to 15 minutes wait for food, I waited for what seemed like forever for a large iced tea ,that I didn't even want .Totally Ridiculous!!
