Takes forever to get your coffee after you order

Wow. Just, wow. What an awful experience. My cup was filled to the halfway point… the avocado toast was inedible because it was stale and hard as a rock. Even if it weren’t stale, there was barely any avocado spread on it. This is the worst experience i’ve had with a Dunkin. I genuinely feel like I have just been stolen from. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this Dunkin completely.

For some reason the Dunkin donuts we go to in Myrtle Beach the donuts are delicious. For some reason the Dunkin donuts where we live their donuts are completely different.

I want to share a frustrating experience my elderly mother had at Dunkin’ yesterday. She went through the drive-thru, and there seemed to be some miscommunication with her order. Instead of listening to her and working through the issue, the staff repeatedly cut her off and ultimately made her go inside to resolve it.

This was unnecessary and inconvenient, especially for someone of her age who was relying on the drive-thru for its ease. I understand mistakes happen, but better customer service and communication would have gone a long way in avoiding this situation. I hope the staff can improve their approach to ensure customers—especially those who need extra consideration—are treated with patience and respect.
