I want to share a frustrating experience my elderly mother had at Dunkin’ yesterday. She went through the drive-thru, and there seemed to be some miscommunication with her order. Instead of listening to her and working through the issue, the staff repeatedly cut her off and ultimately made her go inside to resolve it.
This was unnecessary and inconvenient, especially for someone of her age who was relying on the drive-thru for its ease. I understand mistakes happen, but better customer service and communication would have gone a long way in avoiding this situation. I hope the staff can improve their approach to ensure customers—especially those who need extra consideration—are treated with patience and respect.

I walked in due to the long car line. I was the only customer inside. After waiting quite a long time, a lady asked me for my order. After waiting for her to get me a large coffee and a small decaf coffee, I watched her pour a caffeine coffee. I told her I ordered a small decaf coffee. Oh, she said. I couldn’t believe it, the service was awful, the employees did not smile, very cold! But as I waited, they were laughing and having a good time on the side of the building! The garbage can was the filthiest can I ever saw. The outside had garbage all over the place! I dont recommend this place after watching the employees make drinks! Yuk!
