This place is by far the disrespectful place to go to because u can’t go there and get a coffee without people assuming that ur doing something wrong when in reality ur just there for coffee. Like how do yall even feel when u go home how badly yall treat people and employees. This place needs a reality check or something needs to happen cuz it’s not right to make a customer feel uncomfortable when all we want is are coffee.

Just a suggestion. When someone has a huge order. (The gray Honda crv) maybe they can go in or move aside for their order to be brought out to them. 18 min is too long to wait in drive thru.

The service was impeccable. The workers were so kind and on top of things, it was a great experience, one of the best i’ve had at a quick service coffee shop. I’m incredibly impressed and will be visiting again. Not to mention the drinks were great!!
Got the wrong order. Circled back through and got the grilled cheese that wasn't grilled! Terrible.

Wow. Just, wow. What an awful experience. My cup was filled to the halfway point… the avocado toast was inedible because it was stale and hard as a rock. Even if it weren’t stale, there was barely any avocado spread on it. This is the worst experience i’ve had with a Dunkin. I genuinely feel like I have just been stolen from. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this Dunkin completely.
