Went to the dunkin go on Hwy 701 on 3/8/24 around 730pm. Two young girls working by themselves. Screwed up a frozen hot chocolate three separate times. Came to this dunkin and they fixed it for me so quickly and it was right the first time. Thank you!

WOW.After standing at the counter with no greeting for over two minutes, while we watched employees drink their drinks, I finally said, "Hello" loudly so I could be heard over the music.I got a pretty rude, "Be with you in a sec" with a glare over her shoulder.Guys, do better.We RARELY get this kind of treat for our family, and we sure won't be doing it here.

Went in at 1:30 to order donuts, the only lady in there was taking care of drive through only. Turned around and left. After reading these reviews, not going back to my city in Conway but further out to get better service, food and drinks oh and most important...DONUTS!
Love me some Dunkin!! This location is pretty good. I like the new redesigned drive thru!

Absolutely terrible, drinks were given half full one of the drinks wasn’t even put into the register properly. Drinks made incorrectly and a chai late that very obviously was not made properly at all on top of being half full. Easily the worst in the area, also maybe have your cashier take off the headphones because airpods are definitely not talking to your drive through.

Donuts and muffin were literally just thrown into a bag without any wax paper. With as many as there was, why didn't it go into a box? Even if you were out of boxes, you didn't need to just thrown them in at all different directions and smashed into each other. The strawberry donut that was thrown in, frosting against the bag, so when we went to get it out, majority of the icing was stuck against the bag and resulted into a barely frosted donut. Ridiculous, majority tasted basically like a glazed donut, so there was no point in ordering a strawberry donut today. Meanwhile, the muffin smashed the others all into each other.

This place is absolutely terrible the drive-thru line is so long it is ridiculous this is my first and last time here 20 minutes in line is not worth a stinking cup of coffee their coffee is not that good a warning to all that want to come a quarter to 7:00 in the morning don't bother it is not worth

Everyone inside working looked very unhappy with their job. I walked in to pick up a mobile order. Told them what I ordered. Just got looked at and ignored. I had to go through the drive thru to get my order. I know everyone has bad days and I should give the benefit of the doubt but to be heard and ignored just didn’t sit well with me

I love DD for my coffee stop but I gave 3 stars for food, They always seem to be out of stuff. I gave 2 stars for service because it needs to be more friendly! Try smiling and listen to the customers instead of shutting the window at drive through after handing items. It's like bye! Atmosphere is effected by the customer service. No one feels comfortable in a place that looks like no one wants to be there! Smile it doesn't cost a dime! Overall is a 4 star because I love the coffee ☕️Vegetarian options: Need to add more of this
