Dunkin' donuts has the best donuts except alligator than three stars because 80 percent of thetime I go they're always out of Boston cream donuts or French crullers and those are the only two I really like. Also a lot of times the bus and creamer aren't filled with as much of the cream filling

The associate at the drive through was so rude. Her greeting to me was “go on with your order.” No hello, no how are you, and when I got to the window no communication at all. Just bad customer service.

They always run out of most donits by 4pm. I don't like waste either but they could include a little extrA of the bestsellers while preparing in the a.m. Time after time they're out of everything by afternoon. I guess afternoon customers 4 to 9pm are not as important.

I just want to start by saying that I have been going to this location for 5 years. my order has been wrong more times than it’s been right, and the lady with the long curly ponytail working the drive thru REALLY needs an attitude check. Today I waited in the drive thru for 45 mins for ONE coffee… I’m glad I didn’t decide to go inside and order seeing as people who arrived when I did were leaving from inside at the same time I was finally leaving the drive thru. On top of that, my order was of course wrong. I’ve really tried giving this place chance after chance but it just keeps getting worse. Honestly, just shut down and start over. Worst DD I’ve ever been to.

I ordered a mobile online order, and I wanted to pick it up in drive tru. It took 25 minutes to get to the window and wait 10 min for my order..it's disappointing the wait time and my drink was wrong but not waiting that long again!!

It is my job to correct you when you’re wrong and yes you were wrong with my order so I’m going to correct you. What I will not stand for is when you close the window and try to make slick comments. Try and be a little more discrete when you want to talk about a paying customer or at least wait till they drive off. So of course when you hand me my incomplete order I will correct you with an “oh no”….. maybe you need to be trained on your customer service.

I have been going to this location (and this location ONLY) for the last two years because they are the only ones to not only get my drink order correct and consistent in taste, but also because of their hospitality! Today, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Teyah (I hope I didn’t butcher your name!) and she even gave me an honest suggestion that I actually liked:) Service is also especially nice during the busiest times/days. I swear by this location!
