I ordered a delivery with a small latte w cookie butter and sugar. They gave me one w a loooooot of expresso and didnt even mixed the flavor and sugars pls measure the expresso according to the sizes this looks like 5 large double shots.

Lady was very rude at the counter. I wanted six glaze, six chocolate glaze. That's it. They were out of glaze which was fine, though mind you, my order was not last minute. I asked for all chocolate which she refused to sell me because it would take all but one chocolate glaze donut. I understand, but she did not have to speak to me so rudely as if I was a problem for asking for it.

I usually have no complaints or issues at this dunkin location however today I was highly diasppointed. My hash browns were soggy and I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese with chipotle sauce. There was absolutely NO chipotle sauce on my sandwich and the bread was smushed as if someone stomped on it. NOT OKAY! please do better
Sometimes I wonder how hard can it really be to take an order and fix it the way it was ordered. Whatever I ask for they give me the opposite. Is it really that hard to take my order, say good morning and smile. You guy's are the most unfriendly, unwelcoming group of ladies I've ever met. Why? What's wrong?

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and there was green stuff on it like they spilled something on it and still served it. I got a coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and they did not put extra sugar.

Apparently today was an off day. Ordered coffee with cream, no sugar. Cost was $3.19, paid $5, left remainder for tip. 2 miles down the road, discovered I was given black coffee, WITH sugar, no cream. Smh. Drive thru attendant was definitely not feeling it today either. Her demeanor was disappointing. Some days are good, some days are bad. Today, well,... I'm just thankful things aren't worse.

Dunkin' donuts has the best donuts except alligator than three stars because 80 percent of thetime I go they're always out of Boston cream donuts or French crullers and those are the only two I really like. Also a lot of times the bus and creamer aren't filled with as much of the cream filling
