Steak was excellent, but the Mac and cheese...ehh, not so much. lol I fed my leftovers to my dog that night, and he threw it all up.. so the food did not set right with him at all...lol, and he is very well capable of digesting table food..believe me he's health as a horse...the only thing he had that I didn't was the Mac and cheese. I took one bite of the Mac and cheese and I couldn't eat it... it was pretty bad, in my opinion, aSo im thinking that may be what got him bc I never got sick from my dinner .. other than that It was a nice quiet setting, an attentive waitress, and prices were to be expected considering the food they serve, and the steak was extremely tender, juicy and full of flavor...honestly kicked my own butt letting my dog have the left over last of my steal that night...lol I would go back bc I honestly think ...wel lets say I hope anyways that the Mac cheese was a a simple fluke that doesn't happen very often... I've worked food service plenty of years to know that sometimes stuff happens and things screw up and can terribly wrong at times ..food service is hard work... I get it...so I am more than willing to go back. Overall, except for the mac and cheese, I really enjoyed the meal.

A locally owned and operated restaurant. There has been some controversy among the locals as to its overall quality and while I’d love to say one way or the other, each experience has been a bit different. Food quality has always been good. Service however, needs some improvement. Be it the age or the experience of the servers the service is sometimes disjointed and awkward. Overall, though, it’s a good spot with good food.

The service was good and the food was good. Nice cozy environment for dinner really good food. The bakery has you covered when it comes to dessert and your sweet tooth cravings. All in all a really good experience will definitely be returning again.

From the outside you can't tell that this is an authentic steak house. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Denzel was incredible. Friendly and informative. Salmon was nicely done and flavorful. But I have to say, Denzel made it a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure.

We went here twice however the first time was on Saturday great waitress (Casie) she was nice in pleasant attentive to our table. The food was good I had a ribeye with baked potato and they salad ? is very good. Now Sunday we came back with a party of 6 this is where it went all down hill!! The server didn’t introduce herself to us we had to ask her name??‍♀️??‍♀️ she didn’t make sure our drinks were topped off at all!! I had to ask her for a refill for us they were short staffed however that’s no excuse for the quality of service we should have had!!! In our food wasn’t hot at all except for the steak ? in one of the orders and they mimosa drink isn’t big enough they gave us a big glass that was half full ???

Went there twice. Food looks good but lousy taste, there is no seasoning on the food, cakes didn't even look like crab cakes, they were so little, l ordered a flounder platter, the only thing that was good on my plate was the baked potatoes. L only had butter on that so l guess they could not go wrong with that. My husband ordered a chicken salad sandwich, boy did it come out wrong, he couldn't even eat it all the way. Lettuce was bad. Tomatoes was bad, even the coffee was bad, we spent 60.00 for lousy food. Eugenics was recommended to us so we went once and thought we would give it another shot, still bad food so needless to say, it is crossed out from our list, well, on to the next restaurant

Disgusted to have someone come and panhandle for money at the table whilst we were eating dinner.Just as disgusted that when I informed the sever they didn’t do anything (including not getting the manager) but instead told me about how someone was there twice earlier begging for donations!Was further disgusted that when I insisted he got the manager that she offered absolutely nothing to placate me not even an apology that it happened.We spent $90 for dinner for two tonight (& yes paid the full amount)I do NOT EVER expect to be harassed for money at my table at a restaurant and will never return here

If I can give this joke of a restaurant zero stars, I would. This place is horrible. Food is over cooked, over priced, and just not worth going. The kitchen crew is nothing but a drug fest back there anyway. They go out back to do drugs then come back in and cook your food. The owner starves his employees. He does not consider giving his employees at least one meal per shift. And don't work over 6 hours, you don't get time to take a break or lunch either. And if something is cooked and didn't get served right away, they store it to the side until someone orders it and heats it up in the microwave. I think DHEC should come inspect the kitchen for cleanliness.

Great staff and the food was perfectly cooked. We had the onion fries , salmon and steak. Mac and cheese , sweet potato and veggies. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered the 10 ounce sirloin with a sweet potato and broccoli. Ordered it rare-medium and they did not disappoint. Was delicious. Just enough seasoning and perfect temperature. Wife had sirloin and mashed potatoes and green beans. Delicious as well.

The first place we found in Conway SC!!! The food is fresh!!! Delicious!!! 3-4 times a week!!! Sunday specials!!! The waitresses are so friendly but professional!!! The desserts are off the chain!!! Home cooking away from home!!! Mmmmmmm!!! Breakfast... Lunch ... Brunch... Dinner ..

Amazing restaurant and great, friendly staff. We were on the way back from spreading my Dad's ashes and stopped here to eat. Not only was the staff very welcoming, the manager came to our table because I have a shellfish allergy. I've never had a restaurant so kind about the extra efforts that have to be made. And the flounder.... let me tell you!!! Best fried flounder I've ever had! Cooked perfectly Will definitely make a road trip just to come back here to eat.
