I have been here plenty of times and I have never had a bad meal. I normally go there on a Friday or Saturday and the one lady that’s usually making subs and salads was not there today as today is a Wednesday. I hope she still works there. I picked up food for my family and I put down extra meat and cheese for the salad that I paid for extra to not get it. The salad was still good, however I live 35 minutes away and was a little disappointed to know I paid an extra four dollars for something I did not receive. I just hope it was a bad day with these employees and not the they just don’t care because this is the one establishment that I thoroughly enjoy going to for a great meal and smiling faces.
The food is great I never had a bad order. Customer service is 10/10 and atmosphere is always very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Cleanliness is a 8 I do think a little more can be done
Other than that I love this firehouse subs they delivery ever single time
