I tried to call and place a order and they placed me on hold and forgot I was on the phone & after I got there still on hold and I showed them I was on hold and they forgot about me I finally got my order placed & another phone call came in and they too got placed on hold and forgotten about! Come on guys get it together! We all have off days but you gotta step it up && be more enthused when greeting a customer not like oh dang we got another customer!!! I know yall are tired! I know what kind of service you provide & usually it’s on point! & the food is great!!!

They never have the Lays jalapeno cheddar chips like the other stores do! The food was good service was slow but they were training new people.

Great, quick service! Bridget took our order and was very friendly, polite & welcoming. The food came out quickly and correctly and overall was a fantastic experience!

Ask for two double corn beef subs with all the fixin’s and then I had to fight the bread. It was older than one day; probably week old stale sub. Spoiled my whole vibe.

Employees were great made sandwiches as requested very professional friendly and efficient spoke to manager Bridget she thanked us for the comments need to make this manager a trainer for the chain! We travel and like firehouse restaurants but unfortunately this is rare very impressive group! Thank you.
