The Freeze used to be a great place to go for many, many years. The last few times I've visited, it continues to decline. Last night was the last straw. Ridiculous wait times, very rude employees / horrible customer service and subpar product. The place is filthy, run down. Certainly will not be spending anyore wasted time or money here. I will, however, continue to drive the extra couple of miles downtown to Stella's. Stella's ice cream is so much better in every way!!
Great Chicken Salad Sandwiches, soft serve ice cream. Staff are always pleasant.
Charged my card 5 times for one order. Not a single person in this facility has no clue on how to refund me and they always seem lost when asked about it.
