Went through the drive thru. Ordered a chicken sandwich & fries. All good. Got home & saw I got charged for chicken strips, not the sandwich. Looks like I got a good deal as the strips were cheaper than the sandwich!

Walked in, not greeted or acknowledged..waited and waited while we were walked right past. I tried to get one of the ladies attention and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back 🤷🏼♀️ when walking in several tables were very dirty and there was an awful smell.

I used to like going here but everytime I've gone recently I get stiffed on fries and hash rounds, with them always claiming they don't have large containers for drinks or potatoes. This time I ordered a medium and got the smallest container possible. I also had to wait longer at the edge of the drive thru while tons of people drove past me even though I only got a couple sandwiches. I'm never going here again.
Do not come here if you want fast service or are really hungry because you will wait for-evvvv-errr. This is not fast food.We were the only people in the drive thru and it took almost 20 minutes to get chicken tenders and French fries. Two people behind us drove over the huge curb that is supposed to prevent people from driving off because they were tied of waiting. Watch you rims because drive thru is tight and you will curb check if you aren't careful. After waiting as if there were several customers ahead of us, they gave us partially full fries and broke up pieces of chicken tenders.

The service was absolutely down right awful, not a single employee except for the manager had an ounce of courtesy, almost like none of them wanted to be there, all i wanted was ketchup and the front counter ladies completely ignored me after they took someone else’s order in front of me, I don't understand this has been an ongoing thing, every time i enter the building, the atmosphere is just different, they treat me like they are putting down a small child, its ridiculous all i wanted was ketchup which they only gave me 2 packets for 3 people, it’s almost like everyone in there is just mad at their job, in my opinion shouldn’t they just find another job. I already filed a complaint against the store on the website, i would greatly appreciate it if something could be done, have a supervisor there to give these employees a push in the right direction, every one of them except for the manager were working at a snails pace, this was 8/4/2024 at approx 10:00 am on a sunday, please don’t ignore this review i want something to be done about this awful service. I dont wanna feel like im unwelcomed every time i come here.
