The restaurant at the time had 2 people in it, and few employees visable. We ordered and were served right away. Food was good, fries were fresh and hot. The dining room was clean and well maintained.

This place is a joke we’ve only gone a handful of times and each time is worse than the last. Employees always on their phones, playing around and after sitting at the drive thru window for 15 mins because they forgot you, you get a sloppy messy burger.

We went for dinner! The girls and crew were all so nice and happy. I know it wasn't busy, but they still were kind and ready to take our order. We will be back!

Service was horrible very unfriendly. Acted as if they wanted to throw food at me. Soda was all over the cups. Do not wipe cups off. Fries were cold and burger was not good. Meat was not even warm. Cheese was hard on the edges.

This is ridiculous. I'm a door dash driver who had a customer order breakfast which they serve until 12 but of course this location is typical for crappy service and they had just ignored the order when it came in apparently and decided not to make their order at all and then when I get in there they can only make part of the order. No one spoke to me at all until they told me they couldn't make the order and then acted like I had no right to be upset. Please shut this location down or find people who actually want to work.

mushroom burger had no mushrooms or sauce. Cook was in the lobby texting until someone came in. Then go back in the lobby and text. Order was wrong. Asked for extra sauce got extra Swiss instead.

RIDICULOUS! Always something wrong or missing from your order GUARANTEED. DON’T GO HERE! Incompetent staff! Food is too expensive to have incomplete orders. I feel bad for the manager, she seems sweet but she’s dealing with a bunch of lazy people!

They had a staff meeting in the customer eating area, which we had no way to avoid listening to without leaving. We felt we were intruding as we received little or no eye contact or smiles. Our food took an exceptionally long time to prepare. If we hadn't made the order, it was as if we weren't even there. We won't return. Hold your meetings elsewhere.

Disappointed in customer service. Some staff were indifferent. Also, a staff meeting was conducted in the customer area. I must say that one employee was great. We had an employee's drink cup left on the table we sat at, and we had to listen to their staff meeting as we ate. We felt unwelcome and intruding. Not even a smile except for the one friendly employee. We will never return here.
